“My clothes are nice and clean. I used a bigger washer and different dryer and I like using the card and I am glad I saved the card because I had credit on it. The card came in handy. I have credit to use next week. The attendants there are friendly and they keep it clean. 09/19/2025: Today, my husband & I went to this laundromat. I know how to use these cards. My husband needed help. The attendant that was leaving and getting the clothes folded did not want to help him refill the card. The card does not easily say how much money is on it and it returns it unreadable. I went to the attendant and was cautious because the unfriendliness I do recognize myself. So I went to the back table where she was at and took of my glasses and I was at the table and she looked a little scared and I recognized that but said. He needs customer service and I know you have to leave at 1pm. Can you please help him and do it nicely because I will not be happy reporting you and she did. This Attendant here I spoke to and this attendant was appropriate and did understand. The attendant helped with getting my balance read and then she showed me the attendant service button. I never use the WIFI at this Laundromat. I would use caution when using the WIFI at this Laundromat. First it does indicate (FREE in RED) the ( WIFI is in BLUE) the GREEN does say it is not a good Idea because the way the green signals: take it away. So you may not want to use the WIFI and I did see a woman walking out counting money and the eye contact was not friendly. Don’t use the WIFI. The laundromat is very nice but that’s the caution ⛔️ don’t use WIFI .”

“The staff and owner at Evergreen Cleaners are amazing! I had an emergency when I couldn’t pick up my clothes on Saturday as scheduled, and of course, I had a wedding to attend on Sunday — but the store was closed. My wife started calling any number she could find, and miraculously, we reached an employee who was incredibly kind and understanding. Within minutes, he called us back and told us the owner would meet us at the store in 10–15 minutes.
On a Sunday, the owner himself came out to help us — that’s true customer service! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Evergreen Cleaners!

Several times they have called me or discussed items that may need special care before cleaning them. I have been very pleased with their work. They also provide affordable and reasonably fast tailoring too: I have had several pants hemmed there. I like the fact you can purchase an "eco green" bag and avoid all the plastic mish mosh too.
