“There's a Raymour and Flanigan in my neighborhood that my family has purchased from often - mainly due to the convenience, as their customer service has been inconsistent over the years. This time, we happened upon the Raymour and Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Avenue and decided to check this location. The salesman was very professional, informative and welcoming. He compared features between the mattresses within an slightly above our budget without feeling like he was upselling to us. He answered all questions and provided delivery information. The entire process was satisfactory, streamlined and fairly quick. The customer service rep who finalized the sale was pleasant and polite. Overall it was a very good experience and we feel confident that will ultimately be satisfied with the mattress we selected with the salesman's assistance.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Gothic Cabinet Craft located on Tarrytown Road in White Plains. The sales person Robert is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and has a positive vibe about him. One can tell that he truly enjoys his job.My first purchase was a platform bed made of birchwood which includes six drawers. I purchased it 5 years ago and Robert was the salesman then. To this day the bed has remained intact.Gothic Cabinet Craft makes the best wood furniture in the US. They make very solid and durable pieces that last for a very long time.About a month ago I bought a storage piece which is called a chiffonier. It has seven drawers ,a door & 2 shelves. I had it painted in Golden oak. It looks so beautiful in my living room. I appreciate this piece so much because Robert was able to help me choose the right color that would go well with my living room furniture.I must say that a salesman that takes the time to truly provide great customer service makes the shopping experience at Gothic Cabinet Craft very pleasant.
