I was discouraged by the attitude and approaches of sales persons in some stores including yours and/or the limited sales options of some. I last visited your co-op city store and was welcomed by Mr. Roberto Binas whose professional courteous approach encouraged me to ask questions and tried out mattresses. His knowledge and expertise was evident in the manner in which he answered all my questions without insulting my intelligence as others in other stores had. He was also not pushy and proposed options in my decision making process . His patience allowed me to make a final decision and I was particularly very pleased to communicate with a Latine person and switch back and forth between Eng/Span/ Spanglish, which demonstrated his cultural competence/ sensitivity. The showroom is small but they were in stock on several great options and we were able to schedule delivery for the day of our move. On that day, I panicked and thought I had ordered the wrong size mattress and they agreed to switch it out at no cost. Luckily that wasn't necessary but I mention it to say that these are really nice people. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Gothic Cabinet Craft located on Tarrytown Road in White Plains. The sales person Robert is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and has a positive vibe about him. One can tell that he truly enjoys his job.My first purchase was a platform bed made of birchwood which includes six drawers. I purchased it 5 years ago and Robert was the salesman then. To this day the bed has remained intact.Gothic Cabinet Craft makes the best wood furniture in the US. They make very solid and durable pieces that last for a very long time.About a month ago I bought a storage piece which is called a chiffonier. It has seven drawers ,a door & 2 shelves. I had it painted in Golden oak. It looks so beautiful in my living room. I appreciate this piece so much because Robert was able to help me choose the right color that would go well with my living room furniture.I must say that a salesman that takes the time to truly provide great customer service makes the shopping experience at Gothic Cabinet Craft very pleasant.
