“I usually don't leave reviews for businesses. However, the exceptional service I received from your employee, Joe, has warranted it. I am a new customer and Joe has made this a lovely experience thus far. He has assisted me on multiple occasions. Before I moved in, he demonstrated to me how the units, locks, and facility work. He helped me change units when I needed to and has made the process of moving so much easier for me. He also gave me his card and told me to contact him whenever I have an issue and need help in the future, which is much appreciated.He truly goes above and beyond and treats customers with such great kindness. It is rare to find worker's who exhibit such excellence customer service like Joe and it is employees like Joe that make me continue to bring my business to certain companies.As far as the facility, it is clean, the units are easily accessible, and the building seems very well guarded and safe.
