Because I completed the agreement on line, as suggested by Diamond, once I arrived at the facility the only thing left to do was tour my unit and pick up my lock. “I’ve been coming here with my uncle since January idk what’s going on but the outside and the inside have never been so clean I use to see garbage or little stuff around the property you don’t see filth anymore . We appreciate yall keeping it clean.”
“At the office the staff are very nice,they greet u with a smile,but I have a problem with the raising of the storage price,I have a 5×10 for just 1 year and couple months and it has been three times now,that my storage price went up,from $145 to $247 and late fee is not included, this is so unfear¹for March I pay$213,April $$226,late fee included,May it's $247 and late fee is not include,the owners need to have a heart,is that what u do when u want customer to give up the storage?The facility is very clean i agree,workers are very nice,I agree,but the owners need to do better.”

Everyone at Westy's couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and fast at a very trying time in my life. I had a flood and had to move out and then back in to my condo after the floor was replaced and other repairs were done. They helped me coordinate everything so the dates would work and they could not have done a better job. You can be very proud of these employees. “I had a very positive experience with Safeguard Self Storage.
The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained throughout the time I rented there. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. Warren at the Weyman location was consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider creating a loyalty program or incentives for long-term customers. It would be a great way to recognize customers who remain with the company for multiple years.
Overall, I would recommend Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution. Thank you to Warren and the team for providing excellent service over the years.”
