Not sure why reviews are negative. As you walk in there is always at least one person to greet you. They offer refreshments and are great in ordering the item you need free of charge in two sizes for you to try. I then had the item altered and ironed kn the store by their tailor. Amazing high end place. Be back.

I was so excited to get burberry scarf and jacket for my birthday. I noticed defects on my scarf after few weeks and realized they only offer return for 14 days. I can’t believe i spent over $400 for that quality…

Very upsetting experience.Purchased a cashmere sweater that ended up being inferior quality yarn that started pilling after the first wear (not to mention discovered it was made in China) for 1k price point.Manager was not helpful whatsoever. She told me it was something I’d have to deal with. The entire experience is what you’d expect from a low end store — not a place you spend thousands. They generally don’t even have refreshments or a cedar ball to include. Beware.

Great customer service upon entering, shopping, purchasing and leaving. BUT! I had to order one of my items and never received shipping confirmation or a tracking number. There was no follow up process which is horrible, especially for commission based employment. I will stick to purchasing my items online.

It’s nice shop, but the problem they have only to sales men, that’s why you have to wait outside around 30-40 minute before they will be say to you Welcome.

I was having an issue making an exchange from one Burberry location to another. The location in Manhasett is being completely disregarding because I didn't purchase the product from their location. Their excuse was no exchanges can be made without a receipt, they were able to pull my file and show the purchase, I contacted the store which I made the purchase, they sent the receipt and it still wasn't good enough. I now have to go to the location where I made the purchase which is completely out of my way. When I get to the location I will make a return instead of an exchange because of this disgusting treatment towards paying customers. My wife and I are completely done with Burberry. Gucci, LV, Louboutin would never treat their customers in such a manner. The Roosevelt field mall location is much more accommodating.

I’ve purchased a wallet that I viewed on display, the exact item. However, the price that was charged was $50 more than the price stated on the tag on the display. I was never informed of this change until I noticed the amount I’ve paid shortly after.

I visited this store today to request an alteration service. One of the salespersons said that I have to bring a recent receipt to show that the coat has dry cleaned to follow the Covid protocols at the spot. I understand that this should be done to be safe… but then do they dry clean my coat before they return it back to me? That was my first thought. The online system has to be updated quickly and they could have more respectful customer service without showing a nasty attitude. I did not just walk in. I made a reservation for alteration service specifically before I came in. You should let customers know ahead of time what they need to do before they come in if they are that cautious and if they already asked me the reason for visit. Otherwise, what’s the point of having the online reservation system? Is that the world class customer service you guys are bragging about? I’ve been going the same Burberry store for past 20years to buy stuffs but this first and last time to fix my coat stop me going there next 20years. Don’t go this store to buy the stuff that you might need their after care service. You are not treated as their valued customer anymore.

Since the moment I walked in everyone greeted me and asked how could they help me. Davin in particular was very helpful with what I needed. I would definitely come back to shop to this Burberry location.

Worst experience ever . Highly disappointedI visited the Burberry store in Manhasset on 11/20/2021 and tried on a jacket. They didn't have my size in stock and the salesperson said she promised me she could get my size shipped to my house within 2-3 days. I paid the amount upfront and she handed me over a receipt. She also collected my email and said they will send me a confirmation and I would be able to track my order. It's been over a week and I haven't heard back anything on my order . I tried calling the store but no one answered. I called customer service and they weren't even able to pull up my order.

I used to go to Burberry in the city now that I moved to Long Island Burberry Manhasset location is more convenient to me. I was looking for a pair of slides, found a pair here at Burberry and love them, size 6. I was away over the Labor Day weekend (with my slides) and I found my slides were a bit tight and they were hurting my toes specially my pinky toes both side were suffering. After the trip I came to the store and show them my fugly toes and they offered a refund, they hesitant to give me size 7 they didn't want my toes to suffer but I told them I will be fine with the size 7 I will never bring them back no matter what. I've been to the store a few times years back they used serve champagne chocolate covered strawberries it was quite heavenly. Though they don't serve champagne now their superb service hasn't changed. Thanks to Jeanette, Emily and the staff, I will have happy feet. Even before this incident I have to tell you every single of their staff are very friendly and welcome you the second you walk in. Thanks again!

Bought shoulder bag for my cousin, upon opening the bag the tag has been already ripped from the bag. Went into the store for a refund was told can only exchange once because the tag was ripped even tho it probably them that had it ripped. Bag was bought 2 days ago, they had me to exchange the item on the spot. Worse experience ever had shopping at luxury brand.. never coming back to this location again. Hope this review helps with anyone shopping at this location and to check the tag before leaving the store. Scum business behavior

My wife and I shopped in this store for many years when It was an upscale retail store. It has since gone downhill primarily due to the sales personnel and management at this store. These retail stores have a very stringent return or exchange policy. The sales personnel we used to know were no longer working there. Seems to be a big turnover there recently. New people at this store would not exchange a shirt for a smaller size because the tickets were in the box with the shirt but were not attached. After many years of purchases at the Burberry stores we will no longer shop at this store. We will continue to buy the Burberry brand but only online or in the department stores that carry this line (Nordstrom Neiman Marcus etc.) Don D.
