I was very nervous about going into the Rolex dealer that was also attached to and working with London Jewelers. He was warm with his welcome and took me through the models. He did not try to upsell me on models that were too expensive but he also made sure to make me feel comfortable in the fact that he did not think that money would be an issue for me. I was only 23 and I thought that the experience would be a lot more judgmental because of all the videos of people online in other dealers. However, I can say for sure that they are not true this man was the pinnacle of understanding and professionalism. I would highly recommend making a special appointment with him specifically for your first watch purchase. I was able to find the specific type of model of Rolex that I was looking for that day at the London Jewelers, and I look forward to being able to buy more with Alberto again in the future if he is still there.”
