Of course it costs a lot of money, it's Cartier. But you get what you pay for. Some reviews said that the service was bad. Not at all, in fact, our salesperson, Kate, couldn't have been any nicer and we were waited on right away.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They go above and beyond to be rude and make you feel totally uncomfortable in the store while making thousands of dollars in purchases. Order online boutique or go somewhere else.
