After speaking with a variety of high level and very nice Cartier and LJ employees the result has remained the same as it was on day one. Perhaps if I spent over some dollar threshold I would receive some level of customer service that was even close to acceptable. I brought in a bracelet for repair that was purchased directly from them, albeit on the lower end of their line but not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. Always a pleasure walking into this boutique. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It can get busy in this boutique but they try to work hard and help people quickly. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They go above and beyond to be rude and make you feel totally uncomfortable in the store while making thousands of dollars in purchases. Order online boutique or go somewhere else.
