I had the worst experience with this staff. I had to return toddler clothes. The woman who works in the counter, yelled at her co-worker, “It’s return day today!” Imagine this lady is in counter 8 and she was yelling at counter 2. I didn’t react to that. I was calm and also paying attention to my toddler who's patiently waiting. Obviously she’s very unhappy. She gets upset when I had two transactions she needed to deal with to accept my returns. She said, “I am getting tired of this, give me your ID.” I didn’t say a word still and just handed my ID. I realized it’s to make sure I get checked or reported for fraud just in case. Fine, not a big deal with me. I don’t understand why it’s draining her energy to figure out. She had me find the item codes from my receipt of each item (I only had 5 items total) when she can just easily scan them if they come up. If they don’t, then she rescan it through my other receipt. She seems she lost her common sense over being an asshole. She said, alright go to the other lady next counter instead. When she’s about to leave her spot I finally said something, “yea sure maybe that other lady you work with wont get tired of helping me.” She said, WOW. She hated hearing the same words that came out from her mouth. “I did my best” she added. Obviously she didn’t even give a bit of it. I’m not arguing with dumb and nasty people who hate their job. Luckily the other staff who she pointed me to was nice and has common sense.

I always find Marshalls to be messy and understaffed. And wondered if stores in nicer neighborhoods would be run the same was as those in the poorer areas where I live.
Nope! This one is much cleaner, and much better staffed. And yet similar problems remain: horribly messy sections, seemingly ignored for days, and, as usual, that endless line to pay. Ten checkouts. Three cashiers. Inexcusable. ♿️

The only thing great about this location is the amazing finds I found however my shopping experience was not that great. An associate by the name of Angie was ringing me up at the register and a few of the items that were marked on sale she removed the stickers and made me pay full price. I wasn’t sure if she was being forreal or if she was being racist but it was the absolute most disgusting thing ever. I would have never picked up those items if I knew they weren’t on sale. She sat there and peeled the stickers off right in front of me and because I really wanted some of the items I bought them anyway but after that trifling experience I plan on returning everything back. I am from out of town and a friend of mine told me about how big this location was and I was excited about that but then all the excitement went away after I was discriminated against over some sale prices. I waited in line for over 30 min just to be disrespected. I’m sure if I was another race line Angie she wouldn’t be treating me like that. I make plenty of money can afford anything on sale or not on sale but for someone to take off sale stickers and not honor prices because of the color of their skin is disgusting. I don’t have anything to do with the price mix up I am just a customer. She even took pics of the items on her phone while she was ringing me up and it was honestly the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I ever had. Then she proceeded to point at the camera making it seem like I had something to do with the price mix up which had nothing to do with me. She is very lucky I’m not taking this up with my lawyer. I will return items and never shop at that location again. Marshall’s need to do better at training their employees on how to treat people equally

Found AMAZING items here! Got 2 sturdy luggages for half the price they were in Macys along with other great quality items like linens and bags. Specifically to make my trip even more special, cashiers Michelle & Levine are very kind and helpful too! The lady over at the Fitting Room was so sweet as well!

When my 7 year old son was just walking in next aisle, I heard an employee said to him loudly: “ what are you looking? Make sure put back if you touch anything.” My son was not making mess or playing with any merchandise, he was just walking. When my son heard that, he was so scared. What a bad experience to shop here tonight!

I love going to the store but today I picked up a bed for my daughters dog and the tag said 12.99 but then they had a clearance red tag and it said $10 when I got to the cashier they told me that was incorrect. I said well that’s the price it has. The cashier did not care what they had. She ripped off that it said $10, so I was not gonna fight for two bucks but then again it wasn’t even 12.99 she called for a price check and it came out to be $16.99. They couldn’t even give it to me for what it has my point is one they didn’t care and two it was false advertisement if it has a red tag in it and they had a price on it as customer service, they should’ve gave it to me for what it has because that’s their mistake not mine they just lost a customer because the lady did not even care to adjust it or anything
