This Ralph Lauren Store is just a beautiful design and offers a very unique experience from shopping for clothes, bedding or just having a cup of joe form the inhouse coffee shop.. The staff are both professional and knowledgeable. The design of the store is just like walking around inside someone's home.

Was in this store and James helped me. O my what a lovely young man. I had no idea where to start and he was so knowledgeable and friendly , very sociable and charismatic. He made My entire experience just amazing I don't know what I would of done without his help. Amazing customer service skills this young man had, this store is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I will definitely be back Here for sure just because of his fine help. Thank you James!

I have shopped in many Ralph Lauren stores the female staff in the womens section in this store are the worst I have ever had to deal with they are so condescending and so impatient and rude. They need a course on dealing with the public and need to learn some manners.

Jamie was very sweet and helpful. She helped me with my returns and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely go shopping in this store instead of online shopping.We love Ralph Lauren and Jamie made it more lovable.Thank you, Jamie.

They had the item in my size that no one else in the country nor online had. Tammy was great at assisting in placing the order. I got the order in one day and again, Tammy was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Last night (12/13/23) I was in the area picking up an order given to me via DoorDash (trying to make some extra money for the holidays). Unaware that the Ralph Lauren store even did DoorDash orders, I went to retrieve said pickup. Upon arriving at the store, I realized the store seemed to be closed. I asked one of the associates in the front (because the door was still open) for a little guidance, in which, I was advised to walk into the store towards the register where I would be better assisted. Once I arrived at the register, I was met by one of the employees who seemed to be agitated, and proceeded to take her frustration out on me. Before I move on with the interaction, and in case you are wondering, yes, I am ?? Before I could explain why I was in the store, she immediately let me know the obvious; that the store was closed/closing. Fully aware the store was closed/closing, I tried to explain that I was not there to purchase anything, but that an order was placed for pickup, hence why I was there at that time. The employee proceeded to ignore what I was saying and repeat that the store was closed (at this point, for the 6th time, as if I did not already make it clear that I was aware). Her attitude and behavior with me was downright rude and uncalled for, especially since the door for me to get into the establishment was still open (through the coffee shop there), not to mention, I was advised to walk into the store by one of the other employees. As someone whom not only also works in Manhasset, but was simply there for a pickup that was processed via Ralph Lauren at no action of my own, her behavior towards me reflected that of someone who is not too kind to people like myself. I've spent money at this particular location before, as well as other stores along Americana Manhasset, but I have never been belittled and ostracized the way I was last night. What made it worse was that, as I was walking out, her tone changed with another customer whom had walked in not too long after me, and that customer left pleased. Interactions like this tell me that people of color are not as welcomed in these high-end retail stores as they make it seem in their company's mission statements and social media campaigns. To be in 2023, almost 2024, and still have to deal with this behavior makes me want to let everyone I know aware that Ralph Lauren, specifically the Manhasset location, employs people that only cater to a SPECIFIC kind of people. I like to think that, that is not the case, but after my interaction last night, I am not too sure anymore. Regardless, if you are a person of color and a fan of this brand, I would highly recommend you reconsider spending your money here.......or at the very least, at this particular location.

I can't believe the rudeness of the employees in this store. I walked to the front register to check out my children's clothing as no one was at the back register in the children's section. As I'm waiting, the cashier from the front comes over and tells me to go back to the back register, with no reasoning. I begrudgingly oblige. I wait and wait as the employee in the children's section completes several other tasks, such as wrapping up clothing and answering the phone before tending to my purchase. One of my items was on the sale rack but didn't say the sale price. She told me she wasn't able to find the item in the system at all. Interesting since there were several of the same item on the shelf. She acted completely bothered that she had to go beyond the scope of simply ringing me up to finally find it on their website for full price. I told her it was on the sale rack but she didn't seem to care. I put back all my items and left the store due to the poor attitude of the employees. I'd rather shop online than step foot in here again.

This place is seriously hit or miss with customer service. I saw Wendy organizing some shirts and asked for a particular size of a shirt I needed and she "oh I don't help regular customers anymore, another Associate will have to help you" and she proceeded to walk away. On another occasion I had a return in the children's department, I stood online waiting my turn for the female associate to tell me they don't do PayPal returns. When did this start, because I've returned via PayPal in the past. No apology, not a care in the world. Absolutely disgusting. I've had Ralph Lauren brand loyalty for decades and to have to endure this attitude from employees is beyond obnoxious
