Fatya was extremely rude and condescending. She does not know how to talk to customers & explain CVS policies. If coupons sent to the card (as indicated in the CVS app) do not appear in the CVS screen, that is a CVS system error/glitch & the price needs to be manually modified. Thank you to the Ops Manager for fixing. Incompetent and lacking manners, Fatya, please pick a struggle.

The experience at the Pharmacy pickup section was so poor it's almost laughable. After waiting roughly 40 minutes in a line that had two people in it, my order was "canceled" and had to be done over because they were "at capacity with orders". Keep in mind, I was never notified of this cancellation, rather I was notified that I had until July 28th (a week from now) to pick up my order. I was informed by what I assume is the Manager / head of the pharmacy that the policy is to hold items after 6 days due to capacity, so why inform customers that they have more time to pick up their order when this is untrue?Also I forgot to mention, this was my second time at the pharmacy today since they forgot to give me that exact order earlier today. This place really needs some improvement. Several people in line were also complaining, further highlighting how terribly the customer service is.

The convenience store portion is fine, better than the other options in the neighborhood. Lots of self checkouts I never have to wait there.The pharmacy can be a mess. I guess because it’s close to the hospital it gets a lot of customers? Don’t come between 4 - 7 PM because the line will be half an hour just for pickups. And sometimes the pharmacists are not the friendliest (seem overwhelmed).Like others have said, during Flu season they tell you they take walk-ins for vaccines. When I tried they told me they were too busy and to come back another day. So make an appointment, then it’s fine.

First I’d like to say I enjoy CVS but not this location. Employees seem to think we shop there for them resulting in rude unprofessionalism from pharmacy to register even female manager. Please retrain this branch’s employees to be courteous or replace them. I know many good attitude honest people who’d be grateful for their positions here. Let’s do better or risk shutting down like other locations.

Dealing with medications and insurance of any sort is already a task and this pharmacy does nothing to make it easier. I was given the run around so much, with so much back and forth and treated like an annoyance in a situation I had very little control over. I was given attitude and hung up on intentionally by the pharmacist. The professionalism went all the way out of the window. I understand it may be a stressful job but I’ve never worked anywhere and expressed my being upset to clients or customers. If I could handle everything virtually or on the app I would’ve loved to.

THE WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE ON THIS EARTH. Absolutely useless, condescending, rude, selfish people work here and i have NEVER had a normal experience. Not once. It must be this location i absolutely hate these people and wish nothing but the worst for anyone in the pharmacy department. Disgrace to humanity and that’s me being nice. Really not okay something needs to be done

Pharmacy ladies are disrespectful and cold hearted. I understand they are busy....OBVIOUSLY this location in on 34th street in manhattan. Ive made a complaint through both managers in store plus i called the complaint line. Hopefully we can get better service. These young ladies are one of they newest employees. Within the last 1 year. Never had a problem before. Fix the problem. Because im tired of complaining and i see other complaints!!P.s. they hang up the phone all the time.

Rude assistant , Hanging up without caution on angry, frustrated customer, not understanding their plight and circumstances, no compassion,Reflect on CVS employers and pharmacy. Could not give what the doctors phone they called due to unavailability of certain medicine. So I can check and correct the phone error. Not informing the patient who is waiting either. Until called !Totally unacceptable behavior even if not an emergency case.

Pretty fast pharmacy line and good hours. Service varies but is mostly great. Very friendly welcome staff at the front. Not sure why the ratings are so low for this CVS!

worst pharmacy experience ever. Don’t come. The woman at the drop off window was talking to personal call and ignored anyone coming to check in. I literally waited for 20 mins for her to finish her gossip with her sis until I got checked in. The lady giving out the vaccine was worse. It took her 30mins to finish one shot, which supposed to take only 10sec. Over 10 patients waited in the hallway for over 60mins. This all was not supposed to happened. Couldn’t understand at all why simple shot took forever.

Poor customer management. The lack of customer care at this store lead to customers arguing with each other about where to stand in line. It was unpleasant to say the least.

Employees here were so very nice and helpful. Was visiting NYC and staying nearby so I shopped here 5-6 times in 5 days. Had everything I needed except for beer. I was always welcomed at the door.

This was by far the worst Cvs I have ever come across in the entire United States. The main pharmacist was running all over, no lines, no sense of direction, no sense of keeping people in line or order, ignoring people, rude to people, and was in such a huge hurry for no reason that she even dropped a Covid vaccine on the floor while administering it in front of us. I cannot believe how unprofessional this team was. They had to call other staff members to try and help ring up customers and well as talk to them bc it was in such disarray. If they would have taken 5 min to organize a line and customers and figure out who was there for an appt vs who was there to pick up a prescription they would have caught up in ten min. They almost made two elderly men who didn't speak English cry bc they wouldn't even give them the time of day. It was so disheartening to see. Then to top of off Cvs offers free vaccines yet when a man walked in for his appt they turned him away Bc his insurance didn't cover it?!?!?!? Seriously????? Honestly do not waste your precious time at this cvs. Find another one ASAP so you don't pull out your own hair. As my just my experience experience lol- they didn't even have what I needed after standing there for 40 min
