“Best landlord I've ever had. No fuss, easy to get in touch with when you need them but they don't bother you when you don't need them, like a landlord should be. Very old fashioned, mail in your rent payment, do business with them over the phone, they inform you of changes in writing. Some people might complain about that but I actually appreciate it, makes you feel like dealing with your home is serious business and not like somebody is trying to push you off on an app. They actually plow and salt in the winter which is unheard of at every other apartment I've ever been to. Maintenance guys have been polite and knowledgeable too. No real complaints. The apartment itself is very nice and modern, it was recently remodeled before I moved in. They're a little small but that wasn't an issue for me, and they're fairly priced for the area. Buildings themselves are in great condition, and the area is always clean and quiet. They're quiet people, I couldn't even tell you the employee's names, but they're an asset to the community, they take care of the properties and the people, mind their own business and make life easy for tenants, the way it should be. I would recommend to anybody.”
