“I lived in several different apartments in Syracuse over the last five years, and unfortunately, every time I moved, there were serious problems (I think I was just an unlucky one in terms of renting an apartment!). Manlius Academy was my last apartment before I moved out of state, and the year and a half I spent there was by far the best living experience I had in Syracuse. The entire neighborhood and building are clean, quiet, and safe, and the neighbors are respectful of one another. My unit was a lovely apartment where I always felt comfortable and happy. I especially want to thank Robyn, who made everything so much easier. It was always very easy to communicate with her, she addressed any concerns or issues right away, and she was always so kind. Thank you, Robyn, for everything you do for the community and for making residents’ experiences so positive. I also really appreciate the management team, who were always quick to resolve any issues. I will truly miss Manlius Academy and the time I spent there.”

“Best landlord I've ever had. No fuss, easy to get in touch with when you need them but they don't bother you when you don't need them, like a landlord should be. Very old fashioned, mail in your rent payment, do business with them over the phone, they inform you of changes in writing. Some people might complain about that but I actually appreciate it, makes you feel like dealing with your home is serious business and not like somebody is trying to push you off on an app. They actually plow and salt in the winter which is unheard of at every other apartment I've ever been to. Maintenance guys have been polite and knowledgeable too. No real complaints. The apartment itself is very nice and modern, it was recently remodeled before I moved in. They're a little small but that wasn't an issue for me, and they're fairly priced for the area. Buildings themselves are in great condition, and the area is always clean and quiet. They're quiet people, I couldn't even tell you the employee's names, but they're an asset to the community, they take care of the properties and the people, mind their own business and make life easy for tenants, the way it should be. I would recommend to anybody.”

CRM is truly a wonderful and professional company. I’m very impressed with their politeness and eagerness to satisfy all tenants. Manager Clay and maintenance team Steve, etc.— Cream of the crop! ?”
