“The first time I went to Grace Autobody was because I had a red hat with white lettering that read, “ Relax, idiots it’s just a hat” on my dashboard. Well, that little stunt cost me a five long, deep embedded scratch across my tailgate of my beautiful Toyota Tundra CrewMax. I went to a couple shop and I was shocked how much they wanted. One of those shops sent me to Grace Autobody and I’m glad they did. I drive for Uber and people keep hitting me and every time I bring it to Grace auto body, Gonna rainthey’re such a pleasure to work with. They take care of everything for you including insurance and they carefully explain aftermarket parts verses OEM parts, etc. I detect nothing but honesty out of this shop, because it’s female owned, but I digress. Let’s not forget Greg, who does most of the expert work. Kudos to Greg!”

“We are from Pennsylvania and my family and I were visiting Syracuse University. On our way back from our tour, our drivers window would not come up at all. We had to drive all over town in the freezing cold to find a Subaru Dealership that cold help us, but none of them could help. We found this autobody shop in hopes that they could help us so we did not have to drive 4 hours back home with our window down. When we called they said that they can try their very best to help. We got there and they were very quick to help us however they could. We pulled in and they got right to work. They instantly pulled the window up with their hands and I could not have been more grateful for everyone in that auto shop. They were all very helpful and understanding and I definitely recommend going here. Cleaned me up tightened my lug nuts no charge sent me on my way i live in Fulton and was pretty far from home with an auto emergency could have taken advantage of me but didnt and I will go out of my way to bring my vehicles to them for services in the future!!!”

“What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. Sara was very nice when she answered the phone and when she was not able to answer a question that I had she transfered me over to my adjustor Katelyn who was very professional and very knowledgeable and kept great communication, I spoke to Brian he was very nice as well. Dave did the work on my SUV and I just want to say what a superb job. “I did not have no problems at Eric Car Care they was real kind and nice when I needed to get in my car to remove my things out of there the man he was very polite the first time I went there he showed me where the car were and told me to take whatever I need to take out of there he kept me in touch when my insurance company came and looked at the car they were very pleasant it's not their first time I went there they had my 2008 Grand Prix there when it got shot up on Crowley Street if I need to have my car fixed I think I would take it to them or if my car was in an accident I would ask the policeman is there any way I can have it towed to area Car Care he has some workers that's not very pleasant and get a attitude like I went to finish getting the things I didn't get to tag they tell me I can't get them to have to get permission from the the guy that I talked to I don't remember his name but I replied to them that he told me that I can pick up my Taz and whatever I need to get out of the car I can get that out of the car too but they didn't want to let me but when they call them they told the man told them yes I know her and yes I did tell her she can come pick up the Taz and I will have them all set for her and that's what he did thank you very much whoever this person is my name is Gloria Cardwell and I had the 2008 Grand Prix that one time it got shot up but I don't remember what year and I just had my 2016 Volkswagen 10 there so it couldn't be fixed so thank you very much whoever your name is now you know who I'm talking to and who I'm talking about thank you very much for all your understanding and your help and thanks for getting in touch with me about the insurance company came you have a blessed day and a blessed Sunday morning and may God bless you”
