“Photo Finish did a fantastic job ceramic coating my new sports car. I have had several cars that I wanted to get ceramic coating, but I never did because I was nervous and not sure if it was worth it. Ben was very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions/concerns. His detailing shop is also very nice which gave me comfort leaving my vehicle there for a few days. Overall, I am so happy that I chose Photo Finish to handle this work! The car looks amazing, and Ben does a friendly follow up to make sure everything is great after the fact. “We are from Pennsylvania and my family and I were visiting Syracuse University. On our way back from our tour, our drivers window would not come up at all. We had to drive all over town in the freezing cold to find a Subaru Dealership that cold help us, but none of them could help. We found this autobody shop in hopes that they could help us so we did not have to drive 4 hours back home with our window down. When we called they said that they can try their very best to help. We got there and they were very quick to help us however they could. We pulled in and they got right to work. They instantly pulled the window up with their hands and I could not have been more grateful for everyone in that auto shop. They were all very helpful and understanding and I definitely recommend going here. Thank you all so much for helping us; we are more than grateful that we don’t have to drive home 4 hours with our windows down.”

“We have leased 8 cars from koerner today we had to have recalls done on our cars a 2023 bronco and a 2023 explorer on the explorer I had a recall done, oil change tire rotation . Didn't cost anything and both cars were done by 2 oclock , thanks to doc the service manager. They ought to put a "S" on his shirt. Whenever we go to koerner for service for a oil change we are out of there in 20 min to a half hour when you buy a car from Ford you get points. So we never pay for service .
