“Dan is a professional! He did a very thorough wash and wax on my 2020 Outlander Sport. $100 for an hours work is reasonable because of the quality of the work. The wax is good for six months too. Auto wash tend to use harsh chemicals that wear off the look and feel of the rails of your car, so I tend to avoid them. Definitely recommend this place for any type of detailing.”

“Absolute Detailing did a fantastic job with our recently-purchased Pursuit 2870. Previous boat owner took great care of her electronically and mechanically, but topside and cuddy cabin needed a little TLC. Absolute Detailing's owner, Joel, personally oversaw the detailing job from start to finish - and even came back a few times to put some finishing touches on a few items that he identified in his initial assessment. I was extremely impressed with professionalism, attentiveness, and customer orientation of Joel and his team. I would recommend Absolute to anyone looking to bring their boat, particularly the topside and interior, up to "ship shape".”

Place is terrible I’ve been coming here 15 years and it has gone so down hill it’s baffling .. I think the reviews speak for itself..no less than an hour/prices outrageous for semi-good wash/ few times they left spray bottles on seat on their side leaking staining the seat. Today approximately 10 cars on line watching staff stand there and talk not moving any cars with big gaps they clearly could be moving cars up. One person tried to get out to leave 2 people beeped(including me) and this is what we get a male throwing his hands up in the air yelling to over 10 cars to shut up. Great customer service for people paying a lot of money.. I get things get hard but you never say that to customers and when asked about it said well there are 2 people here no apology.. nothing except nasty attitude place sucks
So I have to say Riverhead Car Wash made my day today. After my car breaking down 2 weeks ago and costing ALOT of money I went to get it cleaned today and had a great experience. At first I was skeptical about the changing of ownership after having a few tough experiences but am pleasantly happy and will continue to come and the sister branch in Mattituck. The new owner greeted me with wonderful smile and free air fresheners and after learning I have been a long time customer asked if I had some free time to upgrade my package today for and extensive cleaning. He went out talked to the crew and I had like 5 people wiping and vacuuming and put a lot of extra effort into the car. It's the little things like that which makes a difference and it is greatly appreciated. I spend a lot of time in my car which is older and feel better when it's clean. They did a fabulous job and am super satisfied. I went in today in not the greatest mood and that little gesture by the owner completely turned my day around. I have been coming many years and see this to be a positive change. If you don't have package at Riverhead Car wash I suggest you get one it's well worth it....”
