“We booked last minute due to unexpected car trouble and the owners were fast to respond and even had a room available. They have been renovating room by room and we had one of the newer ones. It was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The shower was amazing, complete with a heated vent you could switch on, that kept the bathroom nice and toasty. There was an Italian restaurant that delivered food and a gas station across the street for snacks and drinks. Marathon is a cute little town and even though we were having car trouble, we were definitely in the right place at the right time! I definitely recommend staying here! I love supporting small businesses, especially family owned and we were happy to give them our business. Please be patient with their renovations but the customer service was great and our room was just what we needed!”
