“Out of all the Byrne Dairies I’ve been to, this location is the BEST! By far. Dave and the crew treat people like customers. Like they really value your business. I order large quantities of cheeseburgers and breakfast sandwiches and they’re always ready on time and excellent quality. If Byrne Dairy management was smart, and they aren’t, they would duplicate the way these employees run this store. Hats off to Dave and the crew at Byrne Dairy Lakeland for doing an excellent job every day.”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”

“Efficient Rx fill without any issue at all. The lady at the check-in counter was friendly and polite telling a nice story about her dog. the young man who actually gave me my Rx had a certain "attitude" that some how required him to want to 'talk down' to me. The store seemed neat and well stocked. We enjoyed the rest of the day by visiting a nice restaurant and several shops. We will be visiting this location again soon!”
