She was so patient and kind and also extremely helpful. I honestly never make reviews, but this woman deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service!”
“The people at this UPS store went out of their way to track down an important package that was rerouted due to a address error. I was distraught at 4:45pm when I entered the store. The UPS person at the counter came up with a solution quickly to get my package into my hands by the next morning! I was so impressed with the professionalism, caring attitude and helpfulness from both the person who I first dealt with and again with the person who helped me the next morning. I actually got a phone call in the morning to say they had my package! I made a quick stop at Dunkin Donuts to thank them for saving the day. I handed them the donuts and they not only handed me my package but helped me put it in the car. A sweet ending to my happy story. Thanks UPS!”
