“Stopped here for some drinks and gas after stopping at my father's house. The guy working behind the counter was loving life. If you dont feel better after leaving there, you must be really down. Didnt even really talk to him but he was making everyone going in there laugh. My wife and I were laughing rhe whole way home. Wish everyone loved their life and job as much as that dude. Give him a raise! Best customer service. He was working Tuesday night at 830 dec 29th if his boss is reading this.”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”

“My husband lost his wallet there. When we stopped by to see if it had been turned in , Amy, the manager, recognized my husband by his license photo. She was wonderful. Nothing was missing including over a $100. They restored my faith that there are still honest people in the world”

“Wife and I went here after a long day of walking around for a famous deli Sandwich. Unfortunately there was a sign that said the deli was closed. We asked if it was closed for the day the young lady at register said she can see if anyone is available to help out there. There was another young lady who happily helped us out despite the sign. We asked what's up with the sign and she said they were short staffed, the news didn't break her spirit as she still took care of our order. We then went to cash out ,getting in the somewhat long line on the warm day and before us was a difficult customer. They bothered me as a customer, so I can only imagine what the cashier was going through. She wouldn't let it bother her and just before she could answer the customer who rudely demanded ice cream. A gentleman worker came in and immediately clocked in and helped his co workers and they took care of the customer. Morale is they kept it professional despite the difficulties from this customer. We applaud these workers and wanna say they definitely took care of us in a friendly manor afterwards.”
