Kevin was incredible from start to finish — honest, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to getting me back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
I needed Catalytic Converter, Brake Line, Brakes and Rotors as well as an oil change. The pricing was more than fair, and Kevin took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done and why. Kevin even helped advise me afterwards on things to keep my car running in tiptop shape!

“We've been dealing with Cavallaro's for 10 years now, and we will not go anywhere else. Mike, Tony, Andrew, and Jenn are all amazing! We had a certain price we needed to stay within, and they helped us find the vehicle we were dreaming of, within our budget!!! They are the most honest shop around. They told us what they thought they could give us as a trade in, and it was good with us. Then after consulting further, they realized that they could actually give us $1500 more! They called and let us know, even though we had already accepted the lesser amount. They didn't have to do that! We never would have known. It makes us trust them even more! “I've been going to Pal-Mac Service for a long time. I had the owner at Pal-Mac Service give me a quote on some needed service for my truck after getting quotes at 2 different garages in Palmyra. The 2 places in Palmyra quoted the work I requested at $592 and $720 (plus tax), and Pal-Mac quoted $465 with tax. Unless you enjoy overpaying by 33% or more, you'd be crazy to go elsewhere. The owner is polite and doesn't overinflate prices. There are not many places like this left anywhere. Thanks to Tom and his crew!! ?”

“Marcus was great, he listened to what I needed for a vehicle and never once tried to upsell me or push me toward something that I wasn’t comfortable with.
He recommended a low-mileage car that checked all the boxes. He was personable, easy to work with, and made the entire process stress-free.
It was freezing the day I came in, and he still went out of his way to brush off the car, warm it up, and pull it up front for me to check out. Now, I know what you’re thinking “that’s his job” but he didn’t show any irritation at it which for me, as someone who can’t hide their facial expressions, that’s points in my book.
Even better — the car was ready the next day, and when I showed up earlier than expected, he didn’t miss a beat. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly.
Highly recommend Peake and especially Marcus if you’re looking for a smooth experience.
Also, there were a couple of dogs there and let’s drop the act and be honest - who doesn’t love a good business with a couple of pooches just hanging out in their little fenced off space. And if you don’t like dogs, man’s best friend, while you’re missing out on that aspect of life you don’t have to miss out on a stress free car buying experience, so go to Peake.”
“I am always pleased when I go to Ken's. I was having a hard time with another local auto repair shop. They were charging me an arm and a leg every time I went there which seemed to be monthly, and they didn't seem to care what it was doing to be financially. The prices are fair at Ken's and they explain things to me and tell me what is absolutely necessary to be fixed and what can wait a little while. I love that they are honest and actually care about their customers.”
“They helped me find the amount of tire I needed without overpaying. While I was there they showed me how bad my suspension was and helped me out. They didn't rake me over the coals. They presented me with options and ultimately made sure I left under budget and safer then when I showed up. These guys are great!”
“Excellent customer service in their service department. Very prompt and much better than the dealer I bought the vehicle from. Not only where they significantly cheaper than the quote from my now old dealership, but the estimated shop time was half of my old dealer for the same job using GM parts for both. Not only that but they went above and beyond for me and found out that the repair was covered by my certified pre owned warrenty that was on the vehicle when I bought it at my old dealership and was not going to cost me a thing for the repair. I would give 10 stars if possible. I wll be going here from now on, definitely worth the longer drive for this level of service.”
