For 3 straight days I have tracked my packages. I package was delivered Monday. The other is loaded on the truck in the morning and returned to the warehouse at night. I called Customer Service to ask what the problem is. They claimed that they will put a rush on it for it to be delivered BUT they have yet to tell me what the problem is. After reading the reviews here I see that I'm not alone. Drivers making false delivery claims by posting saved photos of delivery slips for people who weren't home. Obviously the FedEx in Maspeth is either incapable of hiring competent and/or literate workers or they just don't care enough to do so.

Super unhelpful. It was a waste of time to go here. Really just a place to drop stuff off to be shipped. They won't do anything for you other than that

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any shipping company. On Tuesday I sat home all day, with my 9 month old, waiting for a specified delivery of medication that needs to be refrigerated. This is medicine for fertility treatments, that insurance only covers twice in anyone’s life time. Probably 15K-30M worth of meds.
My tracking suddenly updates at 3:39 PM saying a delivery was attempted. I am literally sitting in my house, waiting for the bell to ring so I can sign for the package. No bell ever rang. No one knocked on my door. I call and ask what’s going on. They say an attempt was made and there’s a photo of a door tag. LOL unless I am living in an alternate universe this is a total and complete lie. Did they take a photo of a previous door tag and just keep it as fake reference?? The speciality pharmacy calls the facility and explains the nature of the medication. The FedEx facility says it will personally call me and turn around to deliver the meds. No one calls. No one turns around.
The next day I am told the meds are on their way and will reach me by 8PM. Almost the entire day I am outside or by the window, with my 9 month old, waiting. Around 6:30 PM I sense this is a lie. I call and FedEx says oh wait no there was an attempted delivery HAHAHA WHAT and that the meds are back at the facility now. It’s late and I’m with my son and I won’t make it in time to pick them up- but if I had known and not been lied to five times all day about where they were, I could have picked them.
FedEx customer service now says they are at the facility and won’t be put back on the truck so I can pick them up. Half of them will have to be reordered for immediate delivery since I need to start the meds on Friday and the items will no longer be viable after this fiasco.
This is truly, truly truly disheartening, unprofessional, and horrible businesss, with absolutely no care for the customer. The worst part is while I’m sitting on the stoop yesterday a FedEx worker is delivering other packages to other people from the same facility! I ask him if he can help me and he pretends not to hear me and just keeps walking….
This is not the company my husband once worked for. This is trash.
If you have any decency at all you will respond to this post with a direct number.
UPDATE: OMG they literally shared a fake photo of a random door with the same door number. Not my door! How is this worker still working for FedEx! How is this company still in business? This is the fake photo of the door! Unbelievable! Not even close to being my door! The second image is my door. How can they possibly be this corrupt? How can they lie to people when 30K worth of meds are being delivered?

They lied I never got my package nor a door tag this company is unprofessional they take fake pictures and say packages have been delivered I been home all long this the 3rd of this y’all gotta do better to service people I hope they fire them people that don’t want to do a simple job. Fed ex is unprofessional company I will tell people I know not to deal with this company I didn’t even get a door tag on my door saying a fed ex driver came. Then I have tracking number and it’s says tracking number is unsupported I’ll be coming into your facility I’m not waiting for you deliver people very unprofessional

This location STOLE MY PACKAGE!!!! They purposely defaced my shipping label so that it is unreadable and they are using it as an excuse not to deliver it to a company in Manhattan. They are retaliating because I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau! They need to be shut down. They are STEALING!!!!

I have a package thats been stuck here FOR A LOT OF DAYS and im wat in Texas, delivery date keeps changing at one point it changed to “request to hold package, future delivery date “ which i didnt request nor did my retail shipper, tracking keeps updating BUT IN THIS SAME FEDEX WAREHOUSE IM JUST NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY IT KEEPS GETTING SCANNED BUT NOT MOVING

I’ve been waiting for my package 2 weeks. Finally received a messages saying that Edgar will be delivering my package before 8pm. The package never arrived. No tags on doors. I called FedEx file complain. They will investigate this guy Edgar. So far no package

Worst place. Never picks up the phone. Never delivered my package, but says it’s already delivered. Delivery guy neither called me or rang my bell. It looks the package been stolen ! Shame on you ! Zero customer service

This team is extremely attentive to customers’ needs and have true empathy for what people are going through. Salil Batra at this location is a special human being and the best kind of manager that goes above and beyond in helping customers with their challenges. I went in on a Saturday with the need to pick up an urgent travel document for a Sunday flight even though the planned delivery date was Monday the week after. Salil directed the team to overcome the challenges of locating my packages among hundreds other packages and helped save my international business trip. While I was waiting, I also witnessed him helping two people who needed special assistance with finding their urgent medical packages and another who needed to mail a last minute alteration gown for his fiancée. Each and every time, Salil was caring, professional and attentive, showing his strong character and meeting customers on a human to human level. I was beyond grateful and impressed with Salil and the team. I have no doubt that any team that Salil leads at FedEx will be the best team and an example for all FedEx locations!

Customer service at this place is awful the girl with the glasses doesn't have any common sense. I wasted a full day trying to obtain a package to be told I could not pick it up.
