“Went here a few months ago and was blown away by the spaciousness! Definitely more expensive than the other arcades and be prepared to spend more money. However, the merch and plushies are official and licensed, as far as I know this is the only arcade in flushing that does not have bootlegs so that may explain the higher price tag. I will say, I really liked the Lunar New Year promo they had and they should definitely have similar events more often to offset the difficulty and high cost-but at the same time, it's still skill and luck based!Machines are definitely harder, but ask employees for help! The last time we went, we were trying to win a derpy looking dinosaur, and it was very difficult (claw was too weak and plushie was very big and chubby) and the worker helped us reposition. The app did glitch and take away 2 tries for us that we weren't able to play, but the same worker helped us (I never got her name but she had glasses!). She was very encouraging and sweet and helped us win it!”

“Artist & Craftsman store for years— I’ve been so happy to find that the Williamsburg location offers the same level of warmth and kind customer service! Taylor and Abdiel helped me find some leather paints this week, Bryn and another associate (whose name is escaping me, sorry) helped me with spray paint/acrylics recently as well. Everyone was so patient and they never make me feel annoying for asking advice about the products. I will keep coming back, because the experience reminds me of home :) also the music always slaps. 10/10”

Word of advice, look carefully, up, down, behind other items etc. because you will miss a lot of stuff. Usually I go around twice. Prices are pretty decent. You can get jewelry ,silver , little wallets, tops, flowers, figurines, candles incense burners, small wind shines. religious items, Christmas, wedding, anniversary, etc. I just purchased this cute little guy thats in the center of the basket in my pic, the one sitting and the cross. “They were closing in 5 mins as we walked in they let us know but the owner helped us find exactly what we were looking for and with the second request he knew it wasn’t in stock, searched for it online, found the next store, then after leaving (to not be more of a nusence) he came out and found us to tell us and showed us the location, route, and time it’d take.
