Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. “I stop almost every week day morning before work. The 3 gentlemen in there are all so friendly. This store is so clean and run very efficiently. They even saved some boxes for me for moving! And helped me to my car with them (in the rain). This is my favorite 7-11. They also always have my silk vanilla almond creamer, which not every 7-11 does.”

“I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly! Whoever comes to this store and is lucky enough to have her help will be sure to have their problem handled. She is very thorough and clearly puts the customer first. Metro is lucky to have America represent them in such a customer-facing role!”
