“Love this place. Very nice people, quick and friendly. They are very good at what they do.Check in is a breeze and wait times are very short. I’ve been going to them for a few years no and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an alternative to quest (which I’ve had bad and long wait times) ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”
“First off, MEDICARE FOR ALL!! TO CALL WHAT WE HAVE A HEALTH CARE "SYSTEM" IS LAUGHABLY CRUEL. I went to another unnamed in network lab that I usually go to with two lab scripts from two of my different doctors, one from an in-network provider and one from an out-of-network provider. Even though the lab I usually go to is in network they refused to do the lab script for a doctor that was out of network. I protested saying that that's insane because the lab I'm currently at and talking to is you; you are in network and you are performing the services as an in network lab!! Why does it matter that the script is from and out of network provider?? Anyway, I went to northwell Labs as a walk-in and explain my issue and even the urgency of my getting the lab work done quickly. They were amazing!!! Everyone was kind competent and more than willing to go out of the way to help me out of the situation. Don't go anywhere else!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.”
“I’ve been to this location three times in the past few months and Stephanie has helped me each time. She is very patient and answers any questions you may have. It seems like she is always working by herself but she doesn’t stop moving and you don’t have to wait long at all, even for walk-ins. It’s a great location and will be my go to for bloodwork from now on!”
“Linda is absolutely amazing. This is my second time bringing my small children (18m and almost 4) and Linda is so quick and accurate. As an activity that is dreaded because who wants to hold their children down while trying to get a needle in a tiny vain, she makes the entire experience seamless! We were in and out in 10 minutes, maybe less with minimal tears. The entire blood draw for both kids took 5 minutes, tops.”

“The customer service experience was exceptional. Shereece was the person who greeted me and provided the service. she was very transparent and with her being aware and alert she noticed i was in distress . She explained to me what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, while setting me at ease. However the most amazing part was when she took my blood i did not feel the needle at all. Im a bariatric patent and most technicians have issues getting blood from my vein or even locating a vein. Im usually left bruised up and in paid. Shereece had no problems at all. Her technique was efficient and effective. I was in such aww with her performance and customer service skills.. she definitely needs to be training others. I highly recommend sunrise labs thus far.”
“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. It all starts with meeting with wonderful people!”

“Truly grateful for this team. Walked in for a lab visit and was seen despite there being limited staff available. Had to wait of course, but it was only about 30 minutes or so. Christine drew blood from my daughter (just over two years old) and dealt with her being rather upset with a calm professionalism that I both admire and appreciate! My family and I will be returning here for ongoing needs for sure.”

“I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews. The new employees are really kind and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place for anything you need!”

“I was extremely nervous to take my 3 year old for bloodwork. I tried to get him an appt. At another facility which specialized in children but they unfortunately did not take his insurance. I was referred to quest at this location from my friend who took her child there previously and had a great experience. Kimberly and Nyla (hope I’m spelling that correctly) were wonderful with my son! They even calmed me and my husband down as I think we were more anxious. They were patient, compassionate and very professional. Thank you!”
