“I am in awe of the customer service here. I ordered jazz shoes for my twins and they unfortunately did not arrive on time by the time I checked it was after 5 and all the dance stores were closed. I started panicking and my husband sent me this number at 5:40 and said if they can wait until 6:20 I’ll be there mind you they close at 6. I called and prayed someone would answer. I got the owner Felicia and explained my situation and without any hesitation she asked me the info on my twins shoe size and said she would have the shoes ready for them. I couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative of Felicia and she has won a mom of 3 girls. She is an angel and everyone needs to drive down to her store. So grateful so grateful”
