What I can tell you is during this whole trying time. They were the ones who answered the phone without having to leave a message. and were knowledgeable on the process. Good luck getting a human being on the phone when you call your agent. Mid county kept me in the loop when the insurance companies contacted them. If I ever have to deal with a collision scenario again. I would definitely use them again.”
