“Dia was amazing !! Needed a store close to my location and this one had great reviews.
I'm very jaded when it comes to Verizon and its customer support but Dia changed all that.
She was kind, courteous and excellent at her job and I walked out with two brand new phones and saved about $10 a month.
Even though this is not close to my house, this will be my go to place for any Verizon wireless issues

“Went in to add 2 lines to my account and buy two phones. Maria was so patient and knowledgeable with everything from choosing the best phones for my kids, to which discounts I should be using to get the best plan prices. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. She worked with me over the phone and then again when I returned to the store for some assistance. She really is the sweetest and I keep telling people how easy she made everything. Thanks Maria!”

“Called ahead of time to inquire the price to fix my iPhone 10 XR screen - he quoted me $75. When I got to the store, he said that I hadn't just messed up my screen, but also the connection so it would be an additional $15 to replace. I agreed and he replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Total came out to $97 and change after taxes. I was content with the services provided. Thank you, Tom!”

They ended up doing an event to sign us up for our new plan and phones at our apartment! They were super helpful and catered to my 60 pound pitbull. I have to say they were top tier at being helpful and sweethearts.
