Truly a wonderful customer service experience. This was my first time applying for a passport and I needed some extra help. I can not say enough about Sukh .She was beyond kind , Helpful and most professional. Instead of rescheduling the appointment she took the time to help me .I am most grateful and I hope she is rewarded for outstanding customer service. Thank you so very much

This place is terrible with passport applications. They give you half hour appointments, but if your late by a few minutes they cancel the whole appointment meanwhile the entire half hour is yours. They refused to help me even after I explained I had everything set up, everything notarized, signed and ready. They were rude and obnoxious. Proceeded to tell me excuses why they couldn't see me only to fall on the fact that its my fault I was late. I said to them you're lucky my son is here or I would have asked for a manager and started a problem that's how disrespectful they were. I won't mention names as I dont like to single out one person. The establishment sucks as a whole. I know I'm just one person but I cant be the only one treated like this, my advice, treat people better and people won't hate the post office.

We had a great experience getting our passports here. I was nervous about bringing my toddler but everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. A sincere, big thank you to Camellia for her help (I still can’t believe she got a photo of my baby actually looking at the camera; that is skill). Thank you!

This is my regular post office and I love the location and amenities. I came in for a passport appointment and the lady behind the counter, Asma said I wasn’t on their list of appointments. She asked to see a confirmation email which I did and then proceeded to lecture me about how I did not confirm the email correctly and there is nothing she can do and that I am wrong for coming in when I don’t have an appointment. I did speak to a supervisor whose name I regret not getting because he was a gentleman (light skin might be Hispanic) and immediately said there might be an issue with bookings but if I have a confirmation I did book it. He got someone to help me out and I was in and out. But Asma needs to be spoken to about how mistakes can possibly happen but to address them as an adult speaking to another adult. I can’t imagine how she speaks to her kids

Decent Post Office. But all we do is mail things and purchase money orders. Peculiar how they sometimes don’t have change for a $20 bill. And have trouble finding locations in Puerto Rico. But there is plenty of free parking and it is à convenient location.

Just went to the Massapequa Post Office for our Passports. I can not believe how uninformed, unknowledgeable, complacent, careless, poor attitudes the employees possess. You could put all their brains together and still would not add up to a double digit IQ. They are seriously borderline mentally challenged. They are racist,especially Brett and the supervisor don’t know anything,very bad customer service
