Jordon at this Verizon store was so helpful! I had a complicated order to fulfill with adding new lines and he walked me through the whole process with care and attention. He provided a variety of options to work with and what I really appreciate is that he didn’t try to sell me extras that I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. Doing things in person is sometimes priceless and this was one of those situations. Thanks Jordon!

I went to the Mattituck Verizon store with an iPhone that wouldn't charge. The associate who helped me was a very knowledgeable young man - Jordan Williams. He explained the various potential problems and the solutions and I opted for a new, free iPhone. Since we had to order the new iPhone, Jordan hooked me up with a loaner magneto (?) charger so I would have the use of my old phone. Jordan was great and made the entire experience pleasant. He was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but extremely patient with an older techno-illiterate man (me). He explained everything from the contract to setting up the new phone. He's now my go-to guy. Thanks, Jordan!

Wow! Jordon W is honestly the best in-store Verizon (or other companies) rep I've ever experienced. He was so smart, kind, respectful, and committed to providing the best experience. Thank you so much Jordon! I switched from AT&T and it is already a great experience thanks to him.

I was due for a new iPhone upgrade, though not entirely sure of what phone & plan package would work best for me. Jordan, the in-store Verizon representative, did a fantastic job explaining the details for phones & plans, and I left the store a satisfied customer. I recommend this location, just ask for Jordan, you’ll be glad you did.

I purchased my phone from Verizon in Mattituck. The service is amazing, everyone is so enthusiastic and helpful all the time. A shout out to Sim and Jus have educated me.

Jordan IS THE BEST!!! We tried for two days to replace a failed gateway router from Verizon representatives with numerous phone calls outside the USA and no one could successfully complete an order to ship us one, for unknown reasons. Jordan had them in stock and took the time to contact Verizon tech department on our behalf directly and navigated a way to set up a new account so we could go home with the new unit. And he saved us some dollars off our monthly rate! So much appreciate his efforts! Now we're customers for life!

Normally, I prefer to go to corporate stores rather than authorized reps, but Sim and Jordon at the Mattituck location were professional and very helpful. Jordon spent hours repairing software issues on a new phone. I highly recommend them both and you can trust them without having to go to a corporate store.

Jordon, my Verizon representative, took very good care of me when I went to pick up my new phone. He understood what I needed and found me the right device. He then seamlessly transferred my data from my old phone to my new one. There is no way I could have accomplished this on my own had it been shipped to me at home directly from Verizon as l had initially intended.
I left Jordon and the store confidently knowing that I could gladly return at any time.
An easy 5 stars!

I’m so frustrated with Verizon prices, the terrible reception service in my neighborhood (11952), and that after being a loyal Verizon customer since the inception of the company (25+ years??), I’m only “given a free IPhone” if I add one more line…I HAVE 5 LINES! Verizon should reward me for my loyalty and the thousands of dollars I’ve spent being their customer all these years! Salesperson, Sim Singh, is a rockstar employee! He got me an IPhone 16 Pro Max (it’s sold out everywhere and online), helped me get a $9 discount on my bill, and was so pleasant! He made me not hate Verizon as much as I did when I walked in the store.
