We haved needed a medication compounded for the last several months for our cat and after working with a compounding pharmacy closer to home and finding ourselves frustrated by waiting up to a week for a script to be filled, began traveling to Brewerton from Camillus for the exceptional customer service and quick turnaround. 100% worth the drive.”
“Delaine in the floral department at fairmount wegmans did my wedding flowers and went above and beyond. You would think they were from an expensive floral shop! She used inspiration photos and followed all my requests, while still making them affordable. She was great with communication, too.”

“Burnet pharmacy is a life saver for emergent compounded medication needs! Drove an hour to get to this compounding pharmacy for a prescription for my sick cat and was so grateful for their same-day (within only an hour and on a Saturday!) service. They answer their phone right away so it’s very quick and easy to communicate with the pharmacist directly. Both the pharmacist and the other woman who took my payment were so sweet and patient, and the pharmacist was thorough and answered all my questions. Definitely highly recommend supporting this small local business! Thanks again”

“I was in the area and needed to pick up some last-minute prescriptions, and this pharmacy was very nice to work with. When the automated service indicated that my meds would be ready later than I wanted / needed, I called the pharmacy. I spoke with Danielle, and she was quick to expedite the process. I got a notification that the meds were ready for pick-up an hour later!
When I was there to pick up the order, the lady who rang us up made sure we got a good discount and advised me as to when to take one of the medications so it wouldn't disturb my sleep. I was already suspicious of that potential problem, but I appreciated her knowledge and willingness to take the time to give a bit of education.
Again, a good experience with this pharmacy.”

“I just want to commend Lisa ( a pharmacist who came from Corporate) who was brought in to fill in at the pharmacy at the Taft Rd store. I was there picking up a prescription for my daughter. Due to this store being short staffed, and because it was 6:30 pm with many customers there to pick up their prescriptions or to get flu shots etc., it was pretty chaotic inside and at the drive thru window of the pharmacy . But Lisa kept everything running like a well oiled machine in an extremely pleasant manner. Also, there was another male pharmacist (who’s name I apologize I did not get) but he was also brought in from another Kinney’s store to help out. He was equally efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this store.Amy H .”

“I've been using this pharmacy for 2 years, and the pharmacists at DeWitt Wegmans Pharmacy are angels. So many times when my insurance changed which pills or capsules I was able to take, when I needed emergency refills, or when my doctor forgot to send something and they had to reach him directly: they saved me more than once. I cannot be more grateful. Amazing people. I switched from Walgreens even though it's a longer drive, and I've never regretted it. Thank you so much!”

“They’re super friendly and accommodating. It’s a busy but small location. It’s well staffed and the staff are all phenomenal. There’s been a few times I’ve asked if a script can be ready by a certain time due to leaving town and they’re always great about it. The line goes pretty quickly and it’s really convenient when you need to buy groceries anyways. The only small complaint I have is that some meds do have to be ordered but that’s any small pharmacy you go to. The staff give you a small town pharmacy vibe. 5/5”
