“Burnet pharmacy is a life saver for emergent compounded medication needs! Drove an hour to get to this compounding pharmacy for a prescription for my sick cat and was so grateful for their same-day (within only an hour and on a Saturday!) service. They answer their phone right away so it’s very quick and easy to communicate with the pharmacist directly. Both the pharmacist and the other woman who took my payment were so sweet and patient, and the pharmacist was thorough and answered all my questions. “I was in the area and needed to pick up some last-minute prescriptions, and this pharmacy was very nice to work with. When the automated service indicated that my meds would be ready later than I wanted / needed, I called the pharmacy. I spoke with Danielle, and she was quick to expedite the process. I got a notification that the meds were ready for pick-up an hour later!
When I was there to pick up the order, the lady who rang us up made sure we got a good discount and advised me as to when to take one of the medications so it wouldn't disturb my sleep. I was already suspicious of that potential problem, but I appreciated her knowledge and willingness to take the time to give a bit of education.
Again, a good experience with this pharmacy.”

“I don’t think many people think to take time out to thank their pharmacist but I thought I would today. There was a line so long today and the three people working at the pharmacy were so fast and efficient and just really polite and helpful. The pharmacist working was patient with helping me and my questions. It has to be very difficult to manage people’s medication and insurance. So I think it’s kind to thank the staff when you can and tell them that they are doing a great job. My family and I come here and I think the staff and pharmacists are so polite and are incredibly good at their jobs. :)”

The reason I've been going there for so many years because I like the way they text me when my prescriptions are needed to be refilled and they also let me know when my prescriptions is ready to be picked up. And I also like the fact that you can always go online and order your refills, anytime of the day.”

“I went to CVS Store at 700 S Crouse Ave in Syracuse NY to reload my Varo Bank Debit Card today and I was amazed that I was able to put the money on my card. Register worked and I assume Manager lady took care of me in no time. The transaction was successful and I was able to transfer money from Varo Bank to Key Bank. The customer service was great. I strongly recommend this store for purchases of milk, different foods, cosmetics etc. It is my favorite store that I have within walking distance. Thank you, CVS !”

“I was skeptical of mail order pharmacies prior to using Noble, but that has completely changed. I have had the BEST experience with the customer service reps. My questions are always answered with kindness, and they have all have had the patience of saints.
My meds have always shown up on time (sometimes even sooner). I've not had a single issue with any of the prescriptions being incorrect, nor have I had to deal with any disruptions between my providers and Noble.
Getting my medicine has never been easier!”
