We do all of our business banking with this branch and Michael, Jon-Luc, George, and the rest of the team are all fantastic. They follow up and are so thorough. When we needed help financially to bridge a short term gap in our cash flow, George the branch manager was there and pulled off a line of credit in less than 48 hours. We will highly recommend this branch to anyone that asks!Our only concern is that we feel as though M&T corporate is not supporting this branch enough with hours or staff as the hours have been significantly reduced over the past year with no sign of return. This branch is walking distance from the County Government Center and could and should be a very key location for M&T.”

“I've been a chase customer for years, over that time I've had to ask some questions and ask for service on my account. What I have learned is that washingtonville branch is the hands down the most friendly bank I've been in past 10 years. Can't say the other chase banks have been the same and I travel 5 days a week so I've been to a few safe to say. Amazing how you get treated differently when walking in wearing work clothes and dirty and than try again in go to dinner clothes. Seems if you come In lunch time and you look like your working you should be treated the same. That's how that money gets to the bank for them to use.”
