“I switched from CVS to ConnectRx about 3years ago and wish I’d done it sooner. I don’t have a car. CVS’ “delivery” was hit or miss through the mail. ConnectRx delivery is by a vehicle driven by a very competent and pleasant driver. You get to know many of the people there and you get top notch service when you call. They call me when refills are coming due and they always deliver when they say they will. It’s really old-fashioned service in a world that’s lost a lot of that. I’m a fan!”

“Ellen, the pharmacist at Price Chopper, is a lifesaver. I was flustered because we could not get an important seizure med for my dad. He had been in the hospital for 7 days due to a severe seizure. We were sent home in this medicine but had not been able to get it for over 48 hours. I was worried he would have another seizure. Many other pharmacies were not able to get it. She was able to find some of the medicine and patiently walked me through all the steps needed to have the rx moved over. I am very grateful for her patience and her ability to find this for us.”

“I have been here a lot lately. They have some great deals on your daily essentials like laundry detergents, soaps and bathroom tissue. I usually do my ordering online and do an instore pick up. Te staff there is friendly but understaffed. I usually stop around 8.45pm and there is limited customers.”

(1) The speaker said to enter for a chance to win $300, not $3000. And (2) I succumbed to this twice, when he spoke the instructions to enter the Monthly Sweepstakes, he said to press Enter and that ended the call before name and telephone could be entered.”

“I always been taken care of here. The pharmacists and techs are friendly. There’s usually a wait at busy times of day but I don’t mind waiting as you can see they’re busy. Plus they don’t rush you when it’s finally your turn.
Anytime I have called for a question or to get medications transferred they were able to assist. The app works great and it updated in real time so I can see when to go get my meds.”

“WONDERFUL pharmacy staff! Highly recommend. I have needle anxiety that is exacerbated by the smell of rubbing alcohol. I came in for three vaccines already very anxious. They were phenomenal at responding to my special needs. Pretty much the whole team communicated with each other to come up with with alcohol alternatives, distraction techniques, extra privacy, and emotional support.
The man who gave me my shots was calm, took his time, and offered to make the situation as comfortable as he could. He did not make me feel freakish for my special needs. He was the first person I spoke to, and oversaw everything through to the end.
A super nice woman popped in to see if she could help out, and was fantastic at soothing me. She had an absolutely lovely personality. I would trust her with the smallest and most fearful child. She had no purpose in that room other than to give me emotional support. I think the team sent her in specifically for her skill with nervous patients.
I felt safe and respected throughout the whole process. Nobody made me feel ashamed for having special needs; in fact, they went above and beyond in offering everything everyone could think of to help my anxiety. They even gave me a comic book collab between Marvel and Pfizer! :) If people like them had been in charge of my vaccines as a child, I probably wouldn't have needle anxiety to begin with.
I'd recently had a bad experience at a different Walgreens, and having an exceptional experience here has made it impossible for me to hold any resentment against the brand. They not only provided a caring personal experience, but secured my customer loyalty. Excellent individuals with excellent leadership make for an excellent store. I'm wearing my three red bandaids with pride!”

“I have been ordering the same 9 prescriptions every 90 days for years. They are always out of 3 of them and this time they will not be in for 9 and 12 days respectively. I can either go without or get a partial ( and pay 282$ instead of 141$). Also- the pharmacy marks my fill date as the day they finally fill them, not the day they were due and requested. This results in me always having to be without. I am an educated bachelor's prepared RN who is well aware of how dangerous this practice is (as well as the terrible customer service).
I am upgrading my review- I spoke to the pharmacy manager and my scripts came in and are ready 1 week earlier than the app. He asked me to call pharmacy rather than relying entirely on the app.”
