“I just had to leave an outstanding review for Dawn who works here! Yesterday I walked in without a reservation with an out of state guest. He was looking to rent a car for two days during his visit. Since he doesn’t have a credit card to hold the reservation and wanted to use his debit card, he was refused a rental from at least eight other places. However, when we walked in yesterday, we were welcomed in by Dawn with kindness and professionalism. She helped him right away, went through the process of gathering his information, confirming his credit and got him in a rental in about 10 minutes! She made the whole process such an absolute pleasure!! As I live very local, I plan to come back to this place for any future rentals just because of the amazing service we got from Dawn!! I highly recommend this car rental!”
“I booked my car through a third party and needed to upgrade it during a period when almost everything was fully booked. Dianna was incredibly kind and helpful she went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her excellent service.”

“Jacob and his team went above and beyond to compensate me with my rental while my person vehicle was being repaired even down to upgrading my vehicle for the inconvenience of my own insurance company. This is my favorite location to use for business out of all the enterprises I have been serviced and will continue to business with enterprise only at the medford location”
