“Alec at the Islip Airport Location was efficient, personable and very responsive. I had a terrible weekend of canceled flights and Alec showed empathy and went out of his way to be sure I had a successful and positive experience. The manager followed up with me by email to see if I had questions which I did in regards to the toll pass. Alec called me back before I returned the car next day. Finally upon return I successful dropped my car off at the fort myers location. The individuals as well as the manager were quick to return my car and reach out to me within 24 hours about another question.”

“This location is awesome! It is right outside the doors of the Islip terminal. The staff are on point, you don't have to wait. Since I had reservations in advance, it made my process even faster. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Do yourselves a favor, fly into Islip just for the experience.
