“It's rare that I write reviews but I really feel this place deserves one. I am getting married in now less than a week. I came to this place with such a small time frame in desperate need of finding the right place to do a print job on specific apparel that I wanted for my best men. It was a very specific, detailed job consisting of multiple japanese animation pics and wording. I didn't think I would have much luck but after reaching out to Carlos and his wife, we made a plan to try and get it done within a week which is a very small window considering all the work that would have to be done. Carlos was not only very professional, but he was very honest, courteous and very kind throughout the whole process. He wasn't just trying to sell something, he was trying to give his best professional opinion and made sure I was happy with my purchase. His wife also sent me over some mock up designs with her own little touch that made the design even better than I had asked for. Carlos and his wife provided me the best version of my order and not only was it made on time- it EXCEEDED my expectations. Beyond happy with this place and definitely recommend to anyone trying to get a custom print job. Thank you guys again!!!”

Since I've worked in the printing industry I'm familiar with certain aspects of the manufacturing/ production end of the business. Chris and I discussed my goal ( regarding my print project) and although it wasn't a good fit for this shop, he tried to do what he could to make me happy. We discussed alternate methods and tried to find a way to produce a quality product that would suit my needs. That was my only problem, otherwise great. They also have lots display items oh, so you can have an idea of the type of fabric, colors available. “11/29/23 if your old school and really enjoy having a hardcopy ticket for a concert then you can go on Etsy and order a souvenir ticket, however, Etsy will only offer you a digital copy that you must print yourself. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper.The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society.Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me.”

“Ever since Covid hit the Mrs has been working from home, it was time for a new chair for her home office, the one she had was too unconfortable to be sitting in for hrs on end so we went to Staples. The second we walked in they asked if we needed, help, we declined for the time being and we went straight to the chairs to check them out. The Mrs tried a few and finnally picked one out, (which also happened to be the same one I liked for myself). A sales associate by the name of Justin came by and asked if we needed help, we accepted and he further elaborated on the features of the chair and suggested we also get a mat since the mrs had trouble maneuvering on our rug. We decided to get the chair and mat and since the chair was a good deal we got one for yours truly as well. Justin got the chairs from the back in no time and placed them in our car. We left very satisfied with our purchases and with the help & courtesy Justin and the sales staff demonstrated. We'll be back to visit this store again the next time we need something for "our office".”
