The ease of making an appointment online as well as the app check-in is great.

It is very difficult to draw blood from my veins because they are very small and ways collapse and it usually hurts that was not the case today. They did collapse and it did take three different butterfly pricks and two technicians but yes they were able to draw all of the full times that were needed
