I was so close to having to open every single envelope and do it all over again. Until I went here! The clerk Danielle was so helpful! She made sure I had the right stamp that way it will be hand cancelled and won’t be an issue when mailing. She was so polite and even ran to make sure my postage made it on the truck for the day! “I always come here to send out return packages and the staff are always very kind and efficient. Today I had to do an international return and it seemed very daunting but Caitlyn (hopefully I spelled that right) walked me through the whole process and was incredibly kind and patient. Within minutes from closing, Jake was super friendly and helpful and did not appear rushed or agitated. He greeted everyone with a nice smile and even made some lighthearted jokes. Thank you Jake for brightening my day as I’m sure the same went for the other customers you had ahead of me.”
