We walked in and were very fortunate to be greeted by Patch. He upgraded our phone and knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. After a horrible experience in the Lake Grove store, it is apparent there are vast differences in the quality of the people, and therefore the service, from Verizon store to Verizon store.
