“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

“Had an iPhone 12 with a screwy screen. Brought it in and the owner looked at it, had the parts on hand. Replaced the screen in front of me, worked perfectly after that with no issues. I walked out of the store with a like new phone in 20 minutes (and screen protector) and a very fair price. Would recommend to anyone needing a phone repair! Note i waited over a month to post this just in case something went bad, but it didn't and owner did a great job!”

“I visited this store as a last second decision because I needed to switch from ATT and lower my bill since they were running the promo where you could bring in your old bill and they would offer a lower price. I was going through a rough time as a human being and I was fortunate to be helped by a wonderful woman named Rolisa and she made everything so easy. She knew everything about what to do and how to do it and helped me set up my new phone. I wanted to walk out of there paying as little as possible and she made it happen. I ended up getting money back and she helped me pick a new phone case and installed a privacy screen protector for me. Ignoring all of the Verizon stuff, we had great conversations about retro tech and new models. I really enjoyed the conversation while we waited for my data to transfer and I made sure to tip her with a Pokémon card. The only negative thing I can say about Rolisa is that she's an iPhone user and I'm an android guy, but I can forgive her.”
