“I like the model that chase bank follows. Most of the branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. They cleaned out a lot of their old branches and ones that they took over from other banks. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the Chase branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. We use Chase where I work and I have personal accounts with them too. I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I suggest you stop by Chase if you're shopping for a bank.”

“The leadership and team of CNB's Melville office is top notch. I came over from a bigger bank where I was just a number. At CNB everyone knows my name and they actually spend time talking to me. Every person there is knowledgeable and they work so well together as a team. The branch manager MS is promoting a culture of growth and knowledge. My banker JDO is always available to talk and makes me feel like I matter. My only concern is that MS and JDO will be promoted to bigger and better things because they are great, however, they have done such a great job of building a team that I know I'll always be in good hands. They never sell me, I just want to give them my business.”
