“I can't believe the bad reviews here - this bank is by far one of the BEST branches in long island. I drive a few miles out of my way to use the drive through because it's that good. The managers Miki & Nikhil will go out of their way every time to ensure you have a good experience. The tellers are quick and courteous as always. If you had a bad experience here, likely you're just a miserable person or wanted them to break the law to help you out. Have proper expectations , they're a BANK and they do BANKING awesomely.”

“I like the model that chase bank follows. Most of the branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. They cleaned out a lot of their old branches and ones that they took over from other banks. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the Chase branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. We use Chase where I work and I have personal accounts with them too. I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I suggest you stop by Chase if you're shopping for a bank.”
