“Jean -Philippe at the Melville branch was astounding when I was hacked and found myself and all banking accounts compromised and at risk ( especially fearful) crypto crept into the 5 accounts with exposure. His ability and willingness to plow through each account and figure out the way and means to protect all assets and aid in figuring out re/routing of SS as well as auto pay on each.
During the first week of chaos I was in the branch with him 4 of 5 days . I could never ask for a personal banker to be so eager and able to help, not only financially ( phew) but emotionally as the terror was rational and beyond exhausting….he is stellar.”
“I can't believe the bad reviews here - this bank is by far one of the BEST branches in long island. I drive a few miles out of my way to use the drive through because it's that good. The managers Miki & Nikhil will go out of their way every time to ensure you have a good experience. The tellers are quick and courteous as always. If you had a bad experience here, likely you're just a miserable person or wanted them to break the law to help you out. Have proper expectations , they're a BANK and they do BANKING awesomely.”
