Avoid at all costs. They cancelled my reservation-then charged me $50 fee-saying I did not cancel.

The staff person at this location is awful and should be terminated. He left the property mid day and I had to wait 45 minutes on pickup and the site was supposed to open at 8:00 am and he arrived at 8:40am. He was rude and unapologetic and should be terminated

Yvette is so patient and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me and made the while process really easy.
