“A good experience all round. The staff, in particular Ava and Matt were very helpful with giving us directions and route suggestions. The car was perfectly good enough for our needs and the pick up and drop offs were very helpful. We weren't pressured into taking on extras and the billing was as per the online order. Overall, I would recommend Enterprise in Huntington and hope to come back. Although we are based in the UK, I used the US website, not the UK one and found this worked well.”
“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals. The cars drove smoothly and were just like new. The return process was also very easy. Anyway, I will forever recommend SIXT based on this experience. Thank you all.”

I needed a minivan to help my son move- they knew that I would need the seats folded down- Brandon had the minivan all ready when I arrived. They were both very knowledgable and helpful. “I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....

“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! Thanks Adam!”

“I had a great experience with enterprise farmingdale. They are always quick to answer the phone and very helpful with any issues (minor) that I had. Maci was the primary person for my rental and she was very sweet, personable, and professional. She also explained things to me multiple times when I had a hard time understanding (LOL). Takara was also very helpful and kind, and gave some great recommendations for lunch when I dropped off the vehicle. I will definitely be renting from this location next time I visit home :)”

“This Avis location is convenient for me, as it’s located right off of Sunrise Hwy on the south shore. Chris and the other employees are courteous and professional and I’ve never had an issue with this location.
I recently rented a VW Atlas that was so nice that I didn’t want to return it. There’s plenty of customer parking, so you can leave your car in the parking lot during your rental period.”

“Despite the reviews, I chose this place because it was only about a 6 minute drive from my brother’s house. We landed at JFK, Ubered over, and within about ten minutes we were in our car. The service was friendly and attentive, and we didn’t have a single issue with the vehicle, it even came with satellite radio. The only thing I’ll point out is that the gas tank was only half full. Other than that, it was a seamless, friendly experience, and I’d recommend it.”
