“I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....

“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! Thanks Adam!”

“They may not have the car that you need, but they will try the best to help you get in the car that you want customer service and helping to do everything to satisfy the needs of my vehicle was awesome. I even had a small hiccup with the first car and when I called in to see if I can swap out, they win above and beyond to get me something better.”
“Good service and friendly staff. We rented two vehicles for a mission trip to WV with our church. One of them had a mechanical problem and needed to be replaced, causing some of our team to lose a day’s work helping to repair homes in the area. When we told Brendan at the West Islip branch about it, he spoke with his manager about it, and they adjusted the price accordingly. Will definitely rent with them again.”
“Budget Hicksville absolutely provides the best service and cars - always go above and beyond. I recently moved so I used another location and did not receive the superior service I was accustomed for years at the Hicksville location. So I gladly made an extended trip back to the Hicksville Budget for my last rental and now back to great service and car!!”
“I don’t give reviews unless they’re worthy of a five star. I’ve been using Avis for a few months now I rent a car about twice a week. I have found it to be less expensive than buying a car right now and paying insurance. I have another car so this is just for convenience. I’m happy with every car that I’ve rented. If you have an AARP membership, you can get a better discount when going though AARP for Avis but either way I prefer them over all the other car rental places in Massapequa and I’ve tried them all. It’s a very fast and efficient process, and I haven’t had any issues with any of the vehicles.”
“Despite the reviews, I chose this place because it was only about a 6 minute drive from my brother’s house. We landed at JFK, Ubered over, and within about ten minutes we were in our car. The service was friendly and attentive, and we didn’t have a single issue with the vehicle, it even came with satellite radio. The only thing I’ll point out is that the gas tank was only half full. Other than that, it was a seamless, friendly experience, and I’d recommend it.”

By the time I got to this Avis the next day I was lucky to have met Yvette who was so sweet and was quickly able to process my information and get me into a car. I felt like she hit a new record..Very pleased with the service here and will be renting again.”
