He was absolutely the most outstanding Customer Service person in any store I have been to lately. He went above and beyond to help me. He was professional & so knowledgeable, which is so hard to find these days. He displayed amazing customer service. Marc was able to answer any question I had with honesty & integrity. He should be running Sleep Number not just manager of this store.”

“You can only judge a company by what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong for me. I ordered a mattress that was too high for my frame and bought the adjustable base (which just made it higher). In tv view mode I was less than 4 feet from my ceiling kind of mistake. Elisa at the store in Commack made everything right. She took our call AFTER HOURS on her cell that night! She arranged for the wrong mattress to be picked up and a new one delivered in about 48 hours. Both delivery crews were amazing and professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Elisa and company she represents. If you need a mattress make sure you ask for Elisa because if there is an issue she will get it fixed fast and the mattress I am now on, although much less comical, is AWESOME!”
