He sold me the perfect GE refrigerator for my limited space at a great price! In addition, he arranged for a prompt delivery, removal and haul away of my old unit, and reconnection of the water supply to the icemaker. “Buying a mattress is an important purchase. You will sleep on that mattress every night, so it has to be right. My son desperately needed a new mattress, so we took ourselves over to the West Babylon Mattress Firm and met Joe who was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to go over all details and give us the best price possible. We had to check on the bed frame to make sure the mattress would fit so I didn't purchase that day. When I was ready to make the purchase, Joe was not working in that store location but he left word with his co-worker Charlie every detail of what we discussed and he was also available by phone. Joe gave me his cell phone if I had any issues and answered my texts when I had a question about delivery. I don't know of another salesman who would do that! Both Joe and Charlie were a pleasure to do business with. Today my son's mattress was delivered by Mattress Firm's Delivery Team. Miguel and Romero were careful when entering my home not to damage anything while carrying the mattress up the stairs and through the house while maneuvering past my curious cat. They were super nice and respectful. If I could give 10 stars to Mattress Firm, I would! I know there are many places on Long Island to purchase a mattress but before you go someplace else, go visit Joe and Charlie at Mattress Firm West Babylon to get personal attention, professional service and the best price. Tell them Marie said hi.”
