“I’ve lost 25 pounds since I started coming 8 months ago and gained muscle in the process, most importantly I’m more healthy and in shape now than I’ve ever been. I’m someone who has been overweight and inactive their whole life and needed someone to show me the ropes. I chose orange theory because I heard it was beginner friendly, and it really is, the trainers walk you through how to do each exercise and you can always make the workout as easy/hard as you want/need, while still feeling challenged and motivated. The staff are also very welcoming. Highly recommend!”

The gym experience used to be intimidating and dreadful for me, but it's not anymore, not since I started going to Blink Fitness at Melville this past summer. “When I left my favorite yoga and pilates place where the coaches and members became my family, I did not think I could find another community like it. Well F45 Melville is a completely different workout focusing on strength training and hybrid functional workouts but with some of the same amazing fitness members that I also now call my family. I have met so many wonderful people, the coaches are all amazing and so motivational and I have never felt better physically and mentally. I am in the best shape of my life at 45 and I have F45 and its community to thank for that! The workouts are never easy and always challenging but in 45 minutes you feel so accomplished.
