βI was followed inside the store and the staff at this location made me feel so safe.. I'm near tears attempting to formulate the words how Stephanie and her team allowed me to quickly feel safe.. I would love for her to be acknowledged and compensated a gift card from corporate for her bravery. This is exactly how a community stands firm in providing quality customer service!β

βI love this place. It is in my top 3 favorite stores. The workers are very friendly and helpful! The store has a great and broad selection of items, candy, etc. This is a great place to have a shopping spree at as well!β
βThis is one of the oldest stores in town. The owners are pretty nice and the customer service is great. On Fridays, religiously, they close from 12:30-1:30pm for Prayer.β

βi only started coming here because of the ads on my facebook page. i ? ve coming here, reminds of the CLAIRE'S store that used to be in all the malls. im an older person with grown children and grandchildren and it makes me miss getting all the little girly things with my daughters. i really like the place. prices are very decent and so many cool items available. makeup prices are really good too.β
βLovely atmosphere with background music, excellent lighting, clean, safe, polite. I bought foods, furniture wheels and slidders, windshield wiper fluid, etc. Prices were reasonable. Service was great- the tram member took me to where my requested item was. The store was well organized. I enjoy shopping here. Nice, flat parking lot with lots of spaces and shopping cart availability. An enjoyable visit. The overhead messages encouraged us to buy food and coats for those who need them, and on return we could spend the same amount on other items for ourselves.β
βI try to go when I am close just to hunt for items that are of interest to me. I found small size desk top clocks priced between USD 5 and 10, not bad. Also I look for radios and speakers, but never found any.β
βI was at your store this morning looking around and a young girl advise me they had a table with .25 teams She was so friendly she help me so much. She should be a manger I will be letting the manager know next time I do go there. Best store everβ

βThe store is awesome as most dollar trees are but the location is sketchy. Its located at the circle in latham so ideally you go around the circle to enter as it's difficult to do so from troy schenectady coming towards the circleβ

βLove to visit this location most of the time. One thing that is consistent is the way William jumps through hoops to personally help customers. I have been the recipient of his assistance on several occasions. This last time, today, Sunday August 3, 2025, he maintained his great customer service even as his supervisor/manager spoke unprofessionally and unkindly to him. I applaud him for maintaining his professionalism, regardless of the hostile work environment!!!β
βThe owner of the store gives super good customer service, I ended up buying a really high-quality jacket there at a great price. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in Albany and looking for an army navy store. They have a lot of clothing and also knives and some other accessories but I did not get a full chance to look around the store so thereβs probably a lot that I did not even see. Itβs not a huge place but itβs very conveniently located and definitely worth checking out.β

βThey have these literary classic books in beautiful ornate hardcovers. The publisher is Arcturis and these books are so artistic and beautiful. It's a great addition to any book collection. I've always wanted as many literature classics that I could find. I'm on the right track. Look at the pictures to give yourself an idea.β

βFun, clean, good flow, many products are $5 and $4 dollars. Really have to watch the prices. Products never stick around long. When they're in the front seasonal section on the right and only a few are left, they either get moved to the back or on a table in the front, on the left at a discount price. They also have separate standing racks that are separate vendors. Not affiliated as a five below product. They are a vendor product. Will vary per store. Be careful on the purchase.β
βLove it ! Youβll find clothing, hair supplies; jewelry pieces u name it even lingerie!!! The guys that work there are helpful offering great customer service to a visually impaired lady walked her around the store making sure she got everything she came there for! I live this store and how they keep it!β

βGood Dollar Store especially around Christmas time they have the absolute best selection of gift bags anywhere all different sizes and they are absolutely beautiful they put other stores to shame even Hallmark on their gift bags.β
βI'm trying to dress more conservatively, so I bought three clothing items yesterday from this store which totaled to about $48. One of them fit perfectly, but the other 2 did not. I brought them back in their original packaging to exchange them for something else. The workers are so loving, patient, and helpful. Thank you all so much for being active members of our community.β
βThey have all the items that all the Dollar Tree stores have. But they also have a friendly and helpful staff that has gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. One staff member carried my sister's purchase to the car. My sister is disabled and finds it difficult to walk without her walker.β
βStaff is helpful. When I shop for charity I find many things at really great prices and good quality so I can maximize my dollars to help those in need. I also shop for our family needs such as inexpensive Brillo type pads for my husband and what he does They also have inexpensive outdoor holiday and seasonal decorations. I love the Delmar Dollar Tree!!!!!β

βThe Dollar tree on route 9 in Clifton Park it's an amazing Dollar tree. The staff was very helpful. The customers were very pleasant. Plenty of places to park outside and wheelchair accessibleβ
βCame in and found what I was looking for quite easily. On my way into the door I was politely greeted by the young man at the register. He hit me with a “Good Morning Welcome In” and all I could do was smile truly helped make my already rocky morning feel a little better. As I got up to cash out the register had a line of about 6 or 7 people the young man kicked it into high gear and got everyone in line out the door within 15 minutes when it was my turn he greets me again “Hello Sir how are you today” for someone of his age to have such respect in his line of work is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of at the register. When all was done he looked at me and said “God Bless you and Stay Safe”… absolute gentleman they have working here nowadays… definitely coming back as long as this young man works there..👍👍β
βThe employee that rang out my purchase was extremely pleasant, friendly, and funny. She was a pleasure to interact with. There was a grumpy customer before me and that didn't ruin her mood.β
