I was in a pinch with getting a rental for a personal project and reached out to a few companies and was met with repeated Nos without comprise or attention to my request. I have not used Ryder in the past but I have got say that from the initial call I was met with a positive attitude and sincere concern for my situation. Although there was not a clear solution at first, the support team helped to connect me with the right people and helped me through creating a solution for me. Thank you to the account manager Jounel for going out of his way and finding a viable solution that fit my needs. I know that I could not be very pleasant or patient but this experience made me appreciate great customer care and his patience and willingness went a long way.”
“The facility was airy and temperature controlled. My unit was easy to find. There were carts for customer use. It was a good experience and decent facility and I would use them again or recommend it to family and friends. The payments were online which made it flexible and the price was steady and appropriate/affordable. Well done Uhaul!!”
