“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My brand new car was covered all over in hail damage from a recent storm. I’m very particular about how my cars look but Nick and the team did an incredible job making it look like it just rolled off the lot again. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. “We have leased 8 vehicles from Hoselton. The first two were Toyotas, the rest were Nissans. That includes a Rogue in June, 2024 and a Murano that will be picked up on 8/13. Our salesman through all of the leases has been Tim Lippa. Tim, followed by the service departments for both brands, are assets to the Hoselton Auto Mall. There are many options available to us but no need to go anywhere else when you already have the best experience with such a consequential purchase.”

“My wife has a 2007 G6 convertible that has been garaged winters since the day of purchase .The convertible roof broke last summer.
I took it to a dealership and had it repaired . The roof went up and down 5 times before failing. The dealership would not stand behind their work and was uncooperative.This was the only dealership that would even look at the car.I took the Pontiac for inspection at my local garage .I asked the owner if they knew anyone who could attempt to fix the car.He honestly admitted that they had no experience in fixing the retractable roof repair.
He recommended that I give Panorama Collision a call.He described Panorama as honest and fair.He also stated they did excellent work.Never thinking of a collision shop ,I went to see Scott at Panorama. Scott gave me an honest assessment. The parts for the 2007 Pontiac were no longer available. Scott printed off for me the exact parts and diagram that I needed for repairs.
The only place I could order the parts was EBAY Motors.
Scott and his team repaired the car in 2 hours.The 18 month journey is over.The top is down and my wife is back cruising in the summer sun.Happy wife, Happy life ! I am recommending to all my family and friends that they give Scott and his team at Panorama Collision a call for their future needs.”

“Bob Johnson Mazda is the best car dealership I have ever done business with in my entire 74 years on this planet. Matt Fizsimmons was great. (no pressure), he even let us change models after we had chosen one on the day of pickup and paperwork was already made out.The service crew (Nick and Jon) are also great. I had my car in for service to replace a tire and pressure sensor and they did at no charge. I was even given a brand new loaner while repair was taking place. Bob Johnson Mazda will always be my first choice.”
“Iv Been going to Austin Spencer for over 20 years now, they do alot more than collision, they have helped me build several custom cars. The owner is always on site and available to talk. Last week I dropped off my Mercedes g wagon and explained I was in a bind as I needed the car for a prom… I dropped it off Monday afternoon and picked it up Friday from having paint work ! Their work isn’t always that quick, but it’s always quality at a manageable price
Would recommend to anyone looking to have custom work done on their build as they allow the customer to be involved in the process”

They fixed that problem I had and found a couple other things to fix. They were honest, reliable, and communicative. And charged me a very reasonable price.”
“I inquired about an vehicle through their online question submittal. they contacted me the next morning and I set up an appointment for later that day to test drive it, and was put in contact with(the best salesperson I have ever had ) Kaya. I loved the vehicle and put a deposit on it. I couldnt take it home that day because it was having recall work done on it. i was supposed to pick it up a few days later ,but they were still waiting on a part. I work out of town most weeks , and with me being out of town the next week , I couldnt get back up there to close the deal until the following saturday. Kaya went far above and beyond and drove the new vehicle to my house in Syracuse dropped it in my driveway and drove my trade in back to Rochester!! I docusigned every thing and never had to return to the dealership. very good dealership & Kaya is a GREAT salesperson & I have zero "buyers remorse"!”
