“I was in a major pickle with my tire and had stopped at a few places for help, but no one was able to do anything. It was almost 5:00 p.m., and I called Corby’s hoping they might be able to help, even though they were closing in about 10 minutes. They could have easily said no, especially since they don’t even specialize in tires, but instead they went out of their way to help me.
That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant a lot. Actions speak louder than words, and they earned my trust that day. If I ever need body work, Corby’s will absolutely be getting my business.

“First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!”

“I’ve been to Morris auto twice for different things and I’ve been pleased both times. I appreciate their platform they use to approve the repairs and cost, and I respect the way they explain what the repair is. They educate you and do not push you to get repairs that are not urgent or immediately necessary. They are super friendly and accommodating and have completed work on my car the same day. If you ask for a quote, they provide one right away. I never thought I’d report that I like a mechanic shop, so this is your sign to pay them a visit!”

“I have to start this by mentioning I’m from Long Island, specifically six / seven hours away by car / Amtrak and still made the effort to come out to Porsche / Audi Rochester. Not only were the features for the car I wanted right, but so was the price !! Molly made the process smooth, easy, and super transferable. Locally, I found that despite negotiating, I was being sold high mileage cars, or something way out of my price range. I felt like that shouldn’t be my problem / fault just because someone ran a red light, and totaled my car, and Garber did their best to work with me! Molly was absolutely amazing, and did the transaction with me through text. Everything even from Amtrak pick up was seamless! It had me wondering if maybe I should have upgraded further ;). The pick up for my dream car got even sweeter when I got the opportunity to meet Dan and Chris at the front desk. The most personable people work at every inch of Garber, and after such a traumatic experience with getting rammed into, and have to find and facilitate everything quickly, Garber, especially Molly made the biggest difference in getting this accomplished. I’ll never forget the six hour drive home to Long Island or the six hour amtrak up, and don’t regret it one bit. I got everything I wanted, and even things I didn’t expect! 10/10 recommend ☺🫶🏼”

“Good mechanics are busy so don’t think you can just stop by with a bad tire , I can truly say i have been going to Whitney Imports for over 20 years with multiple types of cars and yes it’s might take a week or so to get you in for repair job but if it’s an emergency Tony will take care of you . I will say they do a great job at a fair price far below dealer prices but don’t expect a coffee bar or snacks just a nice chair and an honest experience . Ps I’m not family or related just a 20 year satisfied customer .”
“Very nice staff. I brought in my car after the power steering went out and the mechanic didn't try to sell me on the expensive fix. He was honest and told me that it was a fix that costed more than the car and advised me to just drive it without power steering. Also invited me to bring any car I was buying over to him so he can tell me if it was a lemon.”

“Please ask for John Burkin if you are looking to get into a Mazda. I have been in sales management for 15 years and John took an experience I was dreading (thinking of all the stereotypical car sales experiences I’ve seen and heard of) and turned it into a truly great experience. I was between keeping my car until the wheels fell off, upgrading to a Mazda CX-50 or a competitor vehicle. John was patient, informative without being over bearing or pushy. This is the kind of patience, expertise and active listening I look for when I’m hiring consultative sales professionals and Bob Johnson Mazda is fortunate to have him. I also had great experiences with the sales manager and business manager.
I also really appreciated how well my time was managed. I was at the dealership less than an hour when I came back to get my trade assessed/ talk numbers and less than an hour when I came to pick up my new car. As a full time working mom, time means a lot to me so getting a clear list of “homework” to do made with set appointment times (that were honored to the minute) made this far less time consuming than my previous car buying experiences.
Let me not forget to share-I absolutely love my Mazda CX-50 Hybrid! I didn’t get a survey about my experience, but it would have been a 10/10. Thank you John and team!”
“When dealing with a collision center your usually not in the greatest of mood due to the reasoning you need them. My experience with Ralph was spectacular! He tied to expedite the best he could while my insurance company was causing a delay in the process. I felt that it was something to be recognized! Once everything was finally in place, I am back on the road within a week! Thank you!”

Definitely noticed Lorne's absence this time around. Process did not go as smoothly, though communication was mostly there. I do still have confidence in the repair and will use the shop for our next repair. Happy to have my car back.
1st REPAIR:
As someone that went to trade school for and worked in this industry for years, I have to say I am astounded at the quality of repair done to my vehicle at this shop. Lorne- who I've worked with before and can say first hand really knows his stuff, got us the ideal/best repair avenue with the insurance company and it is literally as good as new.
Highly recommend this shop and Lorne Brown as your estimator!
