“I recently hired KitchenByPremiere for a partial kitchen renovation, focusing on a quartz countertop and plumbing. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Phil Adams, a project manager who stood out for his friendly and personable approach.Despite Phil's commendable efforts, we encountered several challenges, particularly with the countertop. The initial results were not entirely to my satisfaction, which I attribute more to the subcontractor, Solid Surface, rather than KitchenByPremiere. I found myself dealing directly with Solid Surface, which was not the smoothest experience.In the end, while the outcome was slightly different from what I had envisioned, I am content with the results, thanks primarily to Phil's dedication and hard work. His commitment to meeting my needs and his genuine concern were evident throughout the project.Would I recommend Phil Adams as a project manager? Absolutely. His professionalism and sincerity are undeniable. It's important to remember that unexpected issues can arise in any project, and Phil handled these with grace.However, my experience with Solid Surface was less satisfactory. At this juncture, I would hesitate to recommend their services for countertops. “I have been wanting to get my kitchen remodeled for a long time, and this year I actually did it! I live in a beautiful 1871 farmhouse and wanted my kitchen to reflect my style. Vella Bath and Kitchen was the company I chose, and they did not disappoint! Jake and Patrick did an amazing job.They were both here bright and early every day, from start to finish. Their expertise in their craft was very apparent, and I am more than happy with my final results!! The whole team, including Andy and Joe, did excellent work! Plus, they were all super nice…very courteous, professional and it was a pleasure having them do my kitchen. It turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! “I just had my new quartz countertops installed today. I am in love! The countertops are perfectly made. The installation crew was unbelievable- there were 5 technicians - Cory, Andre, Craig, Chris and Max. Each guy was so nice and professional- they each had a role to play and knew exactly what to do and when. They were a like a well-oiled machine. I am so grateful that they cared as much about my countertops as I did! Their work is meticulous. I highly recommend this company for their people and their products!

“We live in a house that's 105 years old. As we are getting older, we decided to remove the tub and replace it with a walk in shower. Getting in and out of a tub was becoming dangerous. We interviewed and got estimates from three different companies. Comparing the three, Wonder Showers and Baths was the clear leader. They were not necessarily the cheapest, but the quality of the material was perfect for our needs. They are solid and well built .

Other companies claimed they could do it in one day. Maybe, but I question the quality of the work. Wonder was very upfront it would take at least two days (with us, it was two and a half days.)

The installation crew, Ray and Bianca, were professional and very competent. Their work was amazing. The demolition, always a messy part, was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. The put in new plumbing as needed. There was an issue with a drain pipe that came loose. Totally not their fault - it is an old house - and they repaired it quickly.

The final product is beautiful. It is big, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The quality of work is perfect.

I would highly recommend Wonder for anyone who wants a conversion like this.”

“We recently completed a kitchen and mudroom renovation with Empire Kitchen and Bath and could not be happier with the results. Mike and his team were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. With an initial consultation at our home, they got to know us and our style. Heather, our designer, then created a layout that put our vision on paper. She is very knowledgeable, always listening to be sure the design was meeting our goals, while expertly guiding us through the many product choices, colors, and features that we didn’t know were even possibilities. The final plan was then implemented by Alan, who clearly is a very talented and knowledgeable craftsman. His attention to detail and the quality of work was outstanding. Another positive aspect was Empire’s coordination with the flooring contractors, working around schedules as needed to get the job completed. The final outcome was exactly what we had hoped for and was done on time and without issues. The quality of the cabinetry and countertops is outstanding. Empire Kitchen and Bath made a typically stressful project a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

She dedicates herself to each and every renovation fully. I benefited from her experience which produced a better design! She also delivered on time and gave us kernals of her wisdom which helped us with the planning of the countertops. Helping us design our new kitchen and bath, giving recommendations and even reaching out to our builder for clarification. She even visited the site to make sure measurements are exact. They were incredibly helpful when it came to picking each piece out, they offered a different view point, and made our selection process so simple and easy! They had all but 1 item in stock and while I cashed out, the 2 other workers helped my husband load everything into our truck.

“We have purchased several items from Williams-Sonoma over the years. The shop is beautifully set out and well stocked. The items are not for everyone as they are on the more expensive end of the market.

The staff are always courteous and helpful. However Haley stood out the most on this occasion. Professional as well as friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.
